It kind of seems funny how many people are talking about what a SCAM your company is but you are the ONLY one on here to defend them. I believe this guy did get charged $62.00. Why would he lie? You have ripped all of these other folks on this FREE TRIAL BS, why would this be any different. I don't give two S*****TS about any disclaimer. Your company puts these disclaimers in spots and places where no one will see them or they make it so confusing even for those that do. And, if neither of those things occur, then you probably just charge their credit card and play the STUPID card. And I'm not even mentioning that the product sucks too. Believe me, if I had a Roaring Tiger bursting from my shorts, I would be more than happy to pay the $1.99 a month or whatever it is.
Most of these online deals are all the same. This one was funny. I've gotten so used to these businesses pulling this non-sense that I was one step ahead of them. I ordered the product, then called the credit card company and told them I lost my credit card so they would cancel my credit card. Then you get some sorry, pathetic email about how you and them had an AGREEMENT and that you were obligated to purchase another order but that your credit card was declined.
It was so fun to just email them back and tell them off. I think any of these businesses that do business in this manner and shady and should be outlawed. Also, for the record, the Roaring Tiger pill doesn't do a dam thing. My Roaring Tiger has been anything but a Sleeping Turtle since I took the first dose and all the way through the end.
Consumers do yourself a favor and use this website for the truth before you order anything. There are a lot of people out there that complain about this website but if you run a crooked business then this website will expose you. If you are being slandered unfairly, then people will see through a few vindictive reports and make their own assessment. GO RIPOFFREPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Abel is one of the users of our service who did not read the terms of service when he signed up for our recurring program. This program clearly lays out the terms which state he will receive a new order every month for a preset amount of money. He requested a free sample of our Male Enhancement pills, and then decided he didn't want to pay for the membership and complained.

This TOS is very similar to 24hour fitness, netflix, blockbuster, jenny craig and many other companies who charge customers on a monthly basis.
We have full tracking information on packages, and if a customer for some reason did not receive it, we send a replacement without question immediately. Our company policy is to supply customers with the best service and product possible. If Mr. Abel stated he did not receive any of his product and was charged we would either immediately refund him, or send the replacements. If he did threaten our customer service representatives with police or other activity, it is our policy to cancel any future shipments and invite them to contact their law enforcement department - and in some cases provide the contact phone number to do so. This is because we have nothing to hide, and there is absolutely no reason for police to be involved in consumer irresponsibility cases.
