I was wondering does your legal service provide assistance to people in the United States that have "truly" been defrauded out of their money from a few fairly new on-line casino sites, specifically, Davinci's Gold and SlotoCash whom both use the exact same identical software developed by Rival Gaming, in which while playing after a few weeks I discovered two malfunctions involving Improper payouts during any wins or bonus rounds that were obtained. These were the same glitches and malfunctions that occurred at the both casinos and the casino naturally will not admit to it but I was sent an e-mail and did conceide to it and I have the e-mails. I also took screen shots of the event\malunction occurring pre and post game shots that clearly depict the error and improper payouts and what I believe, since this is a second issue with their software, borders on "Extortion and Fraud" even though it's on-line gaming. The problem is their gaming servers are located in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, and the physical location and "supposed owners" are in Nicosia Cypress and the one company that owns www.slotocash.com ,is known as Trenan LTD run by Deckmedia.com, as different people own them and manage them, the other casino Davinci's gold www.davincisgold.com who owes me approx. $7000 from winings! I haven't learned as of yet who actually owns it. for my own proof and protection, as well as making every attempt to get my MONEY back which includes the money I lost such as ANY and ALL deposits of $2100 to date I made and LOST at a combination of these two sites as well as the money I honestly and acutally won aftyer two days of playing and accumulating winnings, which was a considerable amount that were NOT paid in full according to the payout table of the game. Can you assist me or point me to an on-line legal service, law firm or paralegal that can urge them in to returning my losses and my winnings as well, since this is a bona fide software problem nd I have some e-mails where I am corresponding with Rob Lockhart of Davinci's Gold and who is oddly also affiliated with Rivalpowered Gaming, the software maker where again he admits in several e-mails he sent to me there is a bug in the software and has credit my account with $200 I told him that's a kind gesture but the malfunction should void the games played and ALL money should be refunded to me! He goes on to justify the problem and make light of it, saying it didn't me to lose money and then goes into some technical spiel that would confuse even a scientist. I Can pay a nominal fee just for a legal firm or even just a paralegal guided by the law firm to just by sending, initially, an "persuasive" e-mail\letter to ALL parties involved followed by certified mail with the proof I have and the screen shots I took when I just happen to notice what I was happening and how the casino and it's malicious and deceptive software was paying me improperly and shorting me, over the course of thousand of games played. If you can forward this to a legal service that will assist me in convincing the company to reimburse me, I would be willing to give a small % of the $9100 or ANYTHING I can recover. I appreciate your help. I am a professional actor currently on SS disability who periodically works in the NEW YORK market. Do I have ANY legal recourse as this outright FRAUD! Should I be contacting local media or foreign media in the countries they operate out of and where their servers are located??

In regards to your email re bonus round payouts.
The issue you experienced occurs rarely with some of the bonus rounds while freespins are active. This issue is due to a malfunction in the adding function that tracks the win amounts in freespins in the frontend client (the software that you use). The gaming server generates and records all wins and sends them to the frontend where the frontend then adds the freespin wins to display them to you.
Please let me assure you that your win amounts were not affected by this front-end glitch, rather it's the frontend program that is adding the numbers incorrectly. I did a full audit on your bonus round wins and did not find any discrepancies. Since I could not see what the frontend client was displaying to you, I could not track the problem down. It is absolutely true that it is disconcerting to view an incorrect win amount in the freespin tally. This issue has been moved to our highest priority and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
Please note that in the event of such a discrepancy, the win amount recorded by the server is the final (and only) figure that reflects on your gaming transactions. I advise you that until this issue is addressed, please do not play any of the slots that have freespins, or please ignore the freespin win tally and manually add the wins yourself.
