My name is Rob Lonardo, owner of Spray Tan LA and I am here to defend my reputation against this false, slanderous and unsubstantiated post.
This post is from Tegan Christina B**** from Los Angeles and Mammoth Lakes, CA. Tegan B**** was a client of Spray Tan LA who purchased equipment in March of 2012. After we shipped her everything signature delivery UPS Ground insured, she calls us 3 months later in June to advise us that she never received any shipments which made no sense to any of us. Out of the kindness of my heart I ate the cost, believed her, and shipped her a replacement unit.
She then has the ordasity to reverse charges on paypal. I am currently suing her and when she was served she went and posted TWO (2) ripoff reports about my company and I!
