Robert Allen Goldsmith has a criminal record and makes his living by defrauding hard working insurance agents and securities brokers. He demands money up front in an amount that in California would constitute a felony if in fact he were to be convicted of Grand Theft under the California Penal Code.
You just ripped off my clients and I'm not going to rest until I bring your worthless tail to justice. You know who my clients are and I suggest that you resolve this matter immediately or you will be brought to justice.
Regardless of your worthless rebuttals on this website, you are nothing but a criminal thug who hides behind the safety of your telephone and website. Your days of ripping off the unsuspecting, hard working people in the insurance industry are numbered. Who am I you ask? I am a Bar member in good standing who represents a firm that you have defrauded. Your response is nothing but another attempt on your part to cover up your dispicable behavior. You will refund my client's funds or I will not only pursue you, (legally of coarse), I will assist in spreading the word about your ongoing attempts to defraud unsuspecting insurance agents and financial planners.
These innocent people work hard for their money in order to support their families and serve their clients. You make your living stealing from them, PERIOD!
Regarding your past transgressions, I have your background report sitting on my desk. You do have a record and you know it.

Who Ever Tony is in Roseville, CA. I have (Never) Spoken to this guy. Furthermore, Regarding the Dispute with Resource One who I think this Tony is related to? All We Require is a Complete Disposition Report After The Lead-Appointment is created for the next day. Keep in mind Appointments have been made! Refused to send report! 2) We just do Not arbitrarily Refund Money after Only a few weeks into the Campaign & the group has contempt prior to investigation! Not denying the group could get a few bad leads, Why not continue to take the leads in order to get a good lead? that is why there is a Time Frame Commitment to receive the LEADS..Approximately 6 Months. The above mentioned Names in this dispute have Breeched the agreement! As I am still willing to Make the Leads for Group! And finally, How can I now in good faith make any restitution at all? Damned if I do & Damned if I dont!
