I searched and flipped the web. I discovered where the VP (Lonnie Lauer) that ran the Robele Career Solutions, Morristown office, has his new employer (Carnegie Career Partners) and location, where he has the opportunity to possibly continue the ponzy scam. Check out their website http://www.ccpjobs.com - only an 800 number to call, their website does not list the officers of the company - so I have NOT discovered whether or not David Scwartz, also a key management person of Robele Career Solutions, is here as well - but this firm does have a King of Prussia location.

Their website does not list their locations' physical address. I scheduled a meeting with him to get his contact information. Based on the protocol of his assistant's e-mail address, I would guess that Mr. Lonnie Lauer e-mail address is auerl@ccpjobs.com

Mr. Lonnie Lauer had not been put into their phone directory at the time that I called in, nor was David Scwartz. Again, I do not have verification that David Schwartz is with this new company. Here is the e-mail that I received from CCP:

It was nice speaking with you and we look forward to meeting with you on the above time and date.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

You say you hired 2 from Robele..

AUTHOR: Helpful Sam - (U.S.A.)

To Whom responded from Carnegie Career Partners.

You say you have no association with Robele and you do not know or have any association with David Schwartz. However you hire TWO individuals that people have complained about their misleading practices from Robele.

There is no association? I don't believe that. If you did not have any association with them, NOW you do by hiring these misleading lo-life's! This is proof enough that Carnegie Career Partners follow the same misleading practices as the other companies mentioned that went BANKRUPT before the kettle got too HOT!

You are on notice! The apple does not fall to far from the tree. So I would suggest to STOP with the misleading tactics and STEALING people's hard earned money!

Oh I'm sorry, you may say that you never stole from them b/c they gave you the money. That is true! But you LIED, and mislead individuals who are trying to make a living and are in desperate need.

Your days are numbered too and soon you will claim bankruptcy so you can make it difficult for others to claim their money.

You never know whom you will be interviewing, even if you check backgrounds. They may be the person that actually brings your company to light and force the mighty hand of the law down on you!

For those who are not sure of these statements and are considering to work with Carnegie, I challenge you to ask Carnegie for you to get in touch with a few (5-10)clients to speak with and to see if they were placed in a job as Carnegie has promised! Better yet, ask for a few (5-10) names and numbers of their so-called extensive list. See if they even have any personal contact with these companies. My guess is NOT!

Don't take the word of a few people in which they may have as lying implants. You need to investigate yourself. BE SMART!

#6 UPDATE Employee

NOT ROBELE

AUTHOR: Carnegie Career Partners - (U.S.A.)

Carnegie Career Partners is not now, nor have we ever been associated in any way with Robele Career Solutions. Robele Career Solutions went out of business. We do not know the former owner of Robele, David Schwartz, nor have we ever had any association with him. Carnegie Career Partners has hired two of the former employees from Robele after they closed their doors.

We find it most unfortunate that such misleading information is allowed to be posted in any forum, which could easily misinform the public. The statements made in the original posting have no basis in truth.

#7 Consumer Suggestion

IF YOU HAVE BEEN DECEIVED by Carnegie Career Partners/Associates, READ ON>>>

AUTHOR: Helpful Sam - (U.S.A.)

This is a very common deceiving practice. Many of these people will close one office and work/create another. I am here to help and I hope you truly follow what is suggested below. Tim has done a great job in finding where one of these THIEVES (Lonnie Lauer)have gone (Carnegie Career Partners). But none the less, NEVER trust these companies. They may also go under ALIASES! VERY COMMON PRACTICE.

If you want your money back, follow the steps below. Maybe even fool them (they are probably reading this too). Send them false info that does not tie to you, and set up an appointment. Go in there with the media, or by yourself and see the people whom deceived you and request your money back!

These procedures below were followed with a company called Harvard Professional Group. You can find all of the postings on ripoffreport.com and the procedures are also found under the 10-23-04 posting under the Harvard Professional Group listing (see link below). Read them and educate yourself with what works to get your money back! This forum and following all of the procedures will almost guarantee or more of your money returned.

One person needs to be a leader, and create an email account. But this is a great way to get a group together from these listings to communicate and game plan. Be wary of the defendents trying to get a mole involved.

I have been informed there are rumors they(Robele) filed for Bankruptcy. How do you know if that is true? The only way is to find out from NJ Bankruptcy Court. In addition to that, it does not happen over night. You NEED to act NOW if you really want your money back. If you all plan to get together, and set a Class Action Suit, or take them to Small Claims Court, make sure you just don't place Robele on the suit. Place all that you dealt with (aka Lonnie Lauer)and the President! It is never too late! So go after them and don't stop!

Read the following

A group of individuals were successful to gather a team and combined their forces(all thanks to this website and through email). They succeeded in many ways which also includes their money returned. They even had Harvard Professional exposed on UPN 9 news Early December of 2004 and have them on camera deceiving prospective clients. This may also be the cause why Robele decided to "claim" Bankruptcy.

Who knows if Joseph Scanio (Pres. Of Harvard Professional Group) or/Michael Poz (deceiving salesman) is affiliated with this company? I encourage you all to contact one another and hit them all at once as a team as these individuals have. FOLLOW the PROCEDURES if you truly want your money back and to bring them to justice!

I highly suggest that anyone who has experienced the same, to contact the BBB. This cheating company will have 30 days to respond (they will take the full time) and the BBB will send you the letter that this company sent them trying to justify themselves.

Once you get their poor response letter, you have only 10 days to send them another letter stating that you are not satisfied with their response and that this company has deceived you and you want your money returned because of their deception and false promises (send it certified, or signature required like a return receipt). You will need to go through this 3 times before the BBB will send you a letter to contact the NJ division of Consumer affairs and leave this complaint unresolved (you do not have to wait for the BBB to suggest for you to contact the NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs, & NJ Attorney General, so do it ASAP).

The BBB needs at least 3 active unresolved complaints (the complaints have to go through this entire process). This will then force the BBB to change their rating. STAY on top of the BBB!!! In addition to that contact the media, like NY Times, Star Ledger, NY Post, Fox 5 news, ABC news, etc.. as they have programs like Shame on You. Bad publicity is no good for their type of business and especially on the BBB website when they have an abundance of complaints.

In addition to that, try to get pictures of them displayed throughout the media and any other ways to make it more challenging for them to try this again with another type of business (as Lonnie has).

There is no guarantee they will give you back your hard earned money, that they had to lie to steal from you, but this will hopefully disrupt their scam and the authorities will get involved. They prey on individuals who are in desperate need and willing to trust someone to help them work for a living.
Don't forget to also submit a form to the FTC

http://www.ifccfbi.gov/cf1.asp:

Advance Fee Scheme

An advance fee scheme occurs when the victim pays money to someone in anticipation of receiving something of greater value, such as a loan, contract, investment, or gift, and then receives little or nothing in return.

The variety of advance fee schemes is limited only by the imagination of the conartists who offer them. They may involve the sale of products or services, the offering of investments, lottery winnings, "found money," or many other "opportunities."

Clever conartists will offer to find financing arrangements for their clients who pay a "finder's fee" in advance. They require their clients to sign contracts in which they agree to pay the fee when they are introduced to the financing source.

Victims often learn that they are ineligible for financing only after they have paid the "finder" according to the contract. Such agreements may be legal unless it can be shown that the "finder" never had the intention or the ability to provide financing for the victims.

Some Tips to Avoid the Advanced Fee Schemes:

If the offer of an "opportunity" appears too good to be true, it probably is. Follow common business practice. For example, legitimate business is rarely conducted in cash on a street corner.

Know who you are dealing with. If you have not heard of a person or company that you intend to do business with, learn more about them.

Depending on the amount of money that you intend to spend, you may want to visit the business location, check with the Better Business Bureau, or consult with your bank, an attorney, or the police.

Make sure you fully understand any business agreement that you enter into. If the terms are complex, have them reviewed by a competent attorney.

Be wary of businesses that operate out of post office boxes or mail drops and do not have a street address, or of dealing with persons who do not have a direct telephone line, who are never "in" when you call, but always return your call later.

Be wary of business deals that require you to sign nondisclosure or noncircumvention agreements that are designed to prevent you from independently verifying the bona fides of the people with whom you intend to do business.

Conartists often use noncircumvention agreements to threaten their victims with civil suit if they report their losses to law enforcement.

I hope this helps and I hope you follow the suggestions.

NEVER GIVE UP and you shall prevail. DO IT AS A TEAM AND YOU WILL GET BETTER RESULTS.

Hit them and hit them HARD quickly!!!
