Robert Brouse or Bob Brouse, or Bob Brouse Jr. as he likes to use is a professional con artist.  Bob Brouse and his colleague Ray Renton screwed me out of $90,000 and my friends and family members out of more than $300,000 from his last scam at Cybershop and now he is trying to fool people with his water.ca scam. 

Bob Brouse likes to say that he is a native and pretend to be a big environmentalist, when in fact he couldn't be further from the truth.  Bob Brouse will tell you what you want to hear and pretend he is very well connected, but don't believe a word of it.  Bob Brouse and his partner Ray Renton from Constance Bay, Ontario near Ottawa scammed a great deal of people out of money.  It was later learned that they never wanted to do any business and they were only using the money they were receiving from Cybershop investors on drugs and prostitutes and pretending to be big shots.  Bob Brouse is now coning people with his water.ca site and trying to get investors with that.  He's also pretending to have everything from contracts with the natives for water distillery projects to water desalination systems for rich oil sheiks.  There is nothing this liar won't say or do to con you out of your money.

We are still looking for him, but he makes sure not to put his contact information anywhere and vet's all of his e-mail as he doesn't want anyone to know where he is or where he will be.

Be very careful when dealing with Bob Brouse of water.ca, better yet, run away... Don't believe a word Bob Brouse tells you and definitely do not give him any money!
