Just for the heck of it and to prove you in a lie Chris, I made a new eBay account with my name, As you can see on all my text ad exchanges, eBay and PayPal are the same company, So If the lies you are spreading was true, I would not have either, So whats your next lie, I am gonna follow you around like stink on sh*t to make sure you can not do anything to hurt my biz like you have done one already with your lies.

I totally disagree with what you are stating Mr Davis.
A) I searched Mr Lessings records while he was arrested for a felony, the judge did not find it a felony and he has a misdemeanor to the Dec 2009 date. I have read this story on many other sites, and being basically nosy, wanted to see what I could find out for myself instead of being swayed by either party.
B) Mr Lessing has an ebay account. I searched, It is there. He is not "banned for life" If he were "banned for life" he would not be able to have a PayPal account as Ebay and PayPal are the same entity.
C) I searched your name as well Mr Davis, and I am finding many untruths in your background.

Mr Davis...if this is a pissing contest..you need to dry out your shoes..your losing. Mr Lessing is backing up his statements with facts while all I see from you is signs for "hot air balloon rides"

I did notice on ripoffreport.com that you have 2 separate complaints, from 2 different people, that you were selling the same text ad exchange sites over and over to multiple people. Is this a normal business practice of yours?

Of coarse, this person is mad at me because I helped his Wife and Children escape him.

He has a police record dating from back in 1991 to2009 and many of them are abuse charges against his family.

I have one reason the Matricies has never paid out and that was because they were never filled.

This Man is bullying other hosting companies trying to knock them off because he is scared of competition.

He was banned from Ebay for life because of his involvement with this little bullying tactic and was involved with a Baseball Card scam for over $10,000. He was also involved with a mail insurance fraud scam dating from the year of 2000 and 2001.

This is filed with the FBI and is being investigated at this time.

I work for the Department of Defense and I am working closely with the FBI to bring him down and put him in a Federal Prison where he belongs.

His lies and manipulation will stop, give him enough rope and the scum bag is going to hang himself for trying to ruin people's reputations on the internet.

He has also been known to falsify Emails and sending them out through a "Super Solo" network trying to knock off his competition which is currently being done to Dorothy Sumey of Laurel Hosting.

He tries to pick on the weak to make himself seem bigger and only to himself.

Dorothy has cancer, Jerry Hines has Lukemia and I am blind. There are many more out there as well...

This report is totally wrong.

I am Robert "Chris" Davis and late in 2009 the person that filed this report was arrested for assaulting and strangleing his wife of almost 15 years.

While he was in jail, his wife had phoned me to help her sell the websites in question and told me the story of what happened.

She gave me the link to view the arrest record and sent copies of pictures and statements to me that were from local authorities.

She then sent me the passwords and usernames for the hosting account, which was in her name.

We made three way phone calls to clients and sold the sites.

I helped a woman and her children get away from this abusive person LEGALLY!

I can prove the arrest records, court records, his plea of guilty of the charges and also documentation that the accounts were in her name.

If there is still any doubt of my actions when this happened and want of proof of what I am saying here and now, please contact me and I will provide the proof.

Of coarse this person is angry but if I was put back in this situation at any time at all, I would do it all over again.

In the case of "slander" which this person is fond of saying, the definition is:

"Statements are made publicly about a person or business that is false and without merit." I have not slandered anyone and I can provide proof with the companies and the people that were involved. I simply helped someone that was in need and if that was wrong then I will bow out without a fuss.

I currently work for the United States Department Of Defense and if there was any truth of what this person claims to have happened, I would never be able to work for the United States Government.

He broke the law and will have to pay all sale back to me. His email was sick and demented. I am the new owner of Pantera2x2 Matrix, I did purchase the site from Chris Davis.

He set the site up on my hosting for me, when I accuired the site there where no commissions to pay out. Since I have owned the site several members have cycled and all have been paid. This site owes -0- Commissions according to the admin office files.

I know he changed the payouts and the member fee prior to me getting the site, It was $25.00 to join he changed it to $10.00, Payout was $100, He changed it to $25.00, I have increased it back up to $40.00. All Commissions on file have been PAID.

If you must condemn Chris, That is up to you. But at this time and not researching the situation before posting has tarnished my site and reputation.
