Robert F. Giuoco is an Obama Appointee who is the Call Center Director for ObamaCare. “Bob” is a beer guzzling sloth who appears to have a goiter the size of Texas growing on his neck. I can’t tell whether Bob is just fat, or if he is quickly morphing into Jabba the Hutt. Bob’s office is in building 8 at the HP campus in Boise, Idaho. Just “piggy-back” into the building and turn right. From there you can access the building’s three floors via the stairwell. But if you want to find Bob, just look for any and all food and he is sure to be near. Make sure to wear a lanyard around your neck with a white access card attached. That way, security will not bother you at all. Now more on Bob.

Giuocco as a short, fat, slimy sack of sh*t who migrated from Texas to Idaho so he can crap on the entire country by installing Obama’s socialist “Affordable Care Act” known as “Obammy-Care”.  Even though food is his main priority, he is still very passionate about his appointment. Bob can chew steak while talking (with his mouth open of course) about Obama and how good he is for America. Bob can also sexually harass just about any and all women who are unfortunate enough to cross his path. If you’d like to find Bob’s office, make sure you go to the human resources area which is located on the first floor behind the doors that appear right in front of you after you enter the building.

Pay him a visit and show him how you feel about the Affordable Care Act. Or you could just wait for Bob by his car which is always parked in the reserved parking area across the street from the main entrance. It’s pretty easy to find because he has Texas license plates. Another way a person could get Bob’s attention is to access the building and pull the fire alarm. That way you will find him outside wearing an orange vest over his shirt. All of the management that was appointed by our dear leader will be wearing orange vests too.  If you really appreciate ObamaCare. Pay a visit to  the Obamacare call center and show them how much you like socialized medicine and the “tax” that the Supreme Court has imposed upon all of America.
