I can personally attest that all of the negative shots taken at Pope are complete and utter lies. For one, I listen in to his broadcasts, and not once have I heard him do anything more than play the music of underground artists and speak his views on this and that, not once have I heard him mention 'giving crack to children', so I can only imagine what you/persons must have been on while thinking up such outrageous accusations. Also, I think that's very low that you brought up the mental illness/bipolar disorder card.
