Robert Greene has helped many of my friends, associates and my family buy and sell real estate for over thirty five years in Deland.  I would think if you and your children have been ripped off by Robert Greene, you would at least know how to spell his name. Maybe you would have seen it on a business card or a contract which you would have from dealing with him.  You can walk right in off the Blvd. and pick up a card, they are all over the hotel and lobby.  I highly doubt you have had any transactions with him or his company. 

You claim if an offer is made on one of his listings " if it is not 10% over the asking price he will not even show it to the seller."  If you are indeed a real estate agent not only would you know his name, you would know that it is illegal to withold any offer the seller wants to see, unless the seller has agreed to him witholding offers of certain prices, which a seller has every right to do.  So unless you can prove he in fact has done this, you are committing libel.  You would also know that all complaints filed against any agent or broker in Fl are public reacord at myflorida.com, the state governments website, and all licensee complaints are available there and in 35 years of business Mr. Greene has no complaints or violations. 

Perhaps you are just an angry Realtor who is jealous of his success. Perhaps you are just a stupid liar with some sort of personal vendetta.  Mr. Greene has helped more people buy and sell real estate in West Volusia than practically any other broker.  While you are here lying and commiting possible libel and/or slander, you are also keeping his ranking at the top of the google search engine, I sincerely hope this prompts many fine folks who read this report do do their legitimate, intelligent due-diligence on Mr. Greene so they can find out the truth and he can continue to give his great, professional and intelligent services to many more of Volusia's good people and families.
