Trial has ended, primary responsible party jailed.....

Last September (2004) this trial ended resulting in an arrest and conviction of the mastermind individual, Mr. Allen, behind this envelope stuffing scam. He has been sentenced to several years in prison, which pretty much resulted into a life sentence for a man who is 68 years old.
Although this may not help you with getting any kind of refund, maybe it will be some comfort to know that this one has ended and many of the responsible parties are now paying for this crime.
