He will demand full payment for legal fees and appeal ("if needed") up front, usually over $30,000--and then refuse to refund you even one dollar, regardless of how little work he does and how poorly he does it. In my case, I was forced to proofread my own motion and prepare my own subpoenas, because Feldman was too lazy and incompetent to do them himself. When I realized that for legal reasons, he was not even qualified to represent me in the first place, and had to fire him as a result, he refused to refund even one dollar of the $30,000 I paid him--all the money my family had.
