It is my very sad duty to write this damning report on Robert ( Bob ) Montgomery professed CEO of Powerski International Corp formerly of 1000 Calle Amanecer, San Clemente, California. NO longer know at that address.
Unfortunately I have had the personal experience of Bob proving beyond doubt, many times over that he is a charismatic two faced lying con merchant. No I do not fear being sued for defamation as every word I write here is the truth.
Yes he sells his product up as being a hot new jet powered water sports product that will take the world by storm. He promotes his company and affiliated companies as being on the cutting edge of new technologies and that both he and them together can supply high quality product in any quantity that you want it.
The reality is he only cons you with delivery of secondhand, yes, used product, and defective product as well. In 12 boards that we eventually received after many months of delay and lies and deceptive business practices such as changing deals at his whim and without notification. He finally delivered 12 boards to us with at least 55 serious manufacturing defects, and then he stepped back from any warranty replacement and accepted NO liability as to the DANGEROUS condition of the boards that he sent us or were sent thru his affiliate companies, all of which are controlled by Bob in a fashion that can only be described as deceptive, control freak and designed to give him maximum amount of cash.
Once he has your investment money, oh and yes there is NO country wide distribution agreement without the shareholding investment into Powerski International, so he can spend it as he wishes.
Then when you find that he has sold you a distribution agreement that is invalid as other previous investors have the territory allready.
Then you discover that the 250,000 dollar compensation that "he said" would be paid out to the previous distributor, but they never received a cent in compensation.
Then you realize that the boards he sent us were not just shipped to us via his Israel distributor to help us get our boards ASAP, but that in reality we were sent Israel's reject boards. So he on sold them to us to boost his cash flow yet again.
And yes we were guilable enough to pay a higher price than was previously agreed due to his charismatic bullshit lies that it had to be run thru an american dealer so as to not allow him to be seen as breaching distribution agreements allready in place, but to learn later it was yet another of his cons to get more cash.
Yes the list of lies and cons continues. I paid cash for 2 boards whilst in Moses Lake, to facilitate urgent receipt of boards for the upcoming boat shows in Australia, and this was only just managed with delivery to Perth one day before the show and only because he wanted the cash payment for the next 10 boards but he twists the deal to cover for all 12 and then makes out like his affiliate company All American Powersports is in the wrong for not repaying the original 18,000 US but in reality this goes on for 9 months and we finally agree to accept a spare parts shipment as someway to get something of value for our money. Then he announces that we are paying 2,500 US per engine when the original price quoted to us was 650.
Just another of his growing list of deceptions.
Bob has been playing this game of gaining investment monies from investors in exchange for distribution agreements for various companies and then doesn't deliver product at all or delivers defective product with problems such as engine seizures and leaking fuel tanks and fuel lines with electrical design and manufacturing faults that make the boards dangerous and therefore unable to be sold commercially for fear of killing or maiming some one if one exploded into flames.
The responsibility you would think falls onto the manufacturer but Bobs line then becomes, oh no you guys knew those boards were defective but you wanted them anyway. Ha, what a pathological liar you are Bob.
Yes I would love to repay him for his deceptive list of lies and cons as it has a massive impact on my life for the huge loss of funds to myself and fellow business partners. He took us for over half a million dollars US and has done very similar to many distributors world wide for many many years.
Yes feel free to get the email adresses off the Powerski web site and see how many of them have spent hundreds of thousands and are still waiting for product or received defective product. The onus of which is allways on the distributor to repair Bobs defective product. Some of his own country men have invested big into this control freak and bully boys promised production but none have had the courage or the finances to sue this ...... con merchant. Some have tried but no one has succeeded.
Yes I would love to jump on a plane and come settle the score with this lying two faced deceptive scum, but I know it is not how God would have me resolve this situation. Yes I am now broke as a direct result of monies invested into this scammers con job and so I can not afford to sue him.
I am only putting this report in as an attempt to advise other unwitting innocent people as to how this con man works so as to give them half a chance to be informed
Yes I believe the American Government are remiss for not having prosecuted this con merchant years ago and it is a shock that people just about lay down and die after he has worked them over. I know I have done so for over 12 months now but as part of my personal healing to try to get my life back on track I am fighting back after Bobs obtaining our investment monies by deception, and his producing product that is not fit for the purposes for which they are manufactured.
No I haven't even started on that issue. If you ever get to get your hands on a Powerski jetboard, put it into a tank to calibrate carbie settings etc and just see how much oil these things pour out into the environment.
I guarantee your tank has an inch of oil on it in a very quick time frame.
No, do not believe Bobs deceptions of other engines and yes he is also guilty of using the Orbital direct fuel injection proposal as part of his solicitation of your investment funds. I have spoken directly with Orbital and they were not amused with his illegal use of their report and to top that, the direct fuel injection that Bob constantly says has been close to completion for years now. Has in reality never been funded.
Yep just another lie in Bob's line of deceptions. Yes I could go on but I do believe I have made my point as to Bob Montgomery being a full on confidence trickster to relieve you of as much of your investment funds as he possibly can and then deliver little or nothing at all, and what is delivered is seriously defective and he will fail to repair or replace the same.
Signed, one very disillusioned and damaged individual. Please don't allow your self to become another Bob statistic.

There is a Robert Campbell Montgomery operating a dodgy publishing company based in Christchurch, New Zealand......not sure if this is the same guy here in the story above but since May 2012 he has taken money off 40 plus people, promised them advertising spots in a: Fishing Charter Guide/Directory and Residents Directory Magnets and never delivered the goods.

He also has website directory pages he sells for after hours dentists, plumbers, builders, electricians, vets..the list goes on....

If you go to www.Powerskiknockoffs.com, it tells an almost unbelievable story about a group of conspirators that devised a premeditated plan to destroy the former licensee, PowerSki International Corp.,with malicious aforethought for their own profit and gain causing all the former investors, dealers, distributors, etc., to lose their investment. They succeeded in this evil plot by setting up bogus, false, slanderous, and incriminating blogs and websites that actually incriminate themselves, their "BIG AUSTRALIAN SPIN!" We have documented evidence that is hundreds of pages long, and we will be posting more of it as our legal advisors allow us. I have read this extensive evidence and it is solid.
The former sub-licensee, PowerSki International Corp., was never a fraud. The inventor, Bob Montgomery, invented the PowerSki JetBoard, and patented it in the '80s. Before anyone gets in bed with JetBoarder.com.au, and Mr. Kanyaro, and expose yourself to civil and criminal lawsuits, you need to ask, "Mr. Kanyaro could I see your original patents for your redesigned JetBoard?" He has even claimed that he is the inventor, though now he denies it. We have proof with him stating this; laughable! Mr. Chris Kanyaro, and his associates, also states that he manufactures in Australia. That is an outright lie and fraud. He misled his dealers, distributors, and customers in the past. I've seen and read the documents, with his signature. Chris also falsely states that the former licensee, PowerSki International Corp. is having problems delivering JetBoards to their customers. This is also false and slanderous. PowerSki International Corp. is no longer in business; they're gone. Chris and his co-conspirators premeditatedly planned to destroy the former PowerSki International Corp., which they accomplished. I have seen the proof of this too. However, the licensee agreement reverted to the patent owners group, the HydroForce Group, LLC that back in '91 to '94 invested millions of dollars developing this wonderful product invented by Bob Montgomery. This group has been in business for approximately 20 years, is debt free and has the only legal rights to design, manufacture, market, and sell worldwide. The patent owners group refers their international customer inquiries to Cascade Marine Center, Portland, Oregon. Ken Estes is the owner of Cascade Marine, and he has been in business for over 20 years as well. Ken ships internationally in small and large quantities. His clients have received their JetBoards and are very satisfied with their service. Kenny gives his clients great prices, and all of his sales are legal because they don't infringe on the patents owned by the patent owners group, HydroForce Group, LLC. Any customers that want to contact the patent owners, or Ken, to purchase JetBoards and don't want to get gouged, can go to www.JetBoard.com or www.Powerski.com or www.JetBoarder.com or www.CascadeMarineCenter.com. Chris Kanyaro and his group of conspirators still can't produce patents of the JetBoarder. I assume he would only need patent protection if it were actually his invention, and he wanted to protect it from other thieves.
We have turned our accumulated evidence over to the U.S. International Trade Commission, the World Trade Commission, as well the FBI. Even the names, JetBoard, JetBoarder, JetBoarding, and PowerSki JetBoard, and several other names have been used since the 80s by Bob, the real inventor, and HydroForce Group, LLC. Any customers, dealers, and distributors of Chris Kanyaro and his co-conspirators that have purchased the patented PowerSki JetBoard, and its engine that would like to develop a solid relationship with the actual patent owners, or Ken Estes at Cascade Marine, can e-mail info@JetBoard.com.
