When I recieved this letter in the mail I was excited at first until they asked for money, $19.99, to send to them for Award Payment Data Release fee.
I was wanting to go to Tv news with this just so people would be aware of this kind of stuff happening so they didn't loose $19.99, which could be more valuable to them instead of some scam artist laying awake at night wondering how to steel money from other people.
