I received an Award Payment Data Release Certificate and Document of Award Payment stating that I, the holder of the document, has been identified for the award payment of $1,400,000.00, the amount being guaranteed!!!! I needed to send in $19.99 payment for the "release fee".
On the BACK of the document, though, it states that the $19.99 is for a subscription for a bi-weekly sweepstakes report.
