Had we picked up any real estate book and read the first 2 chapters we would be further ahead then having sat through 3-days of personal story telling and real estate acronyms and jargon. Oddly enough we know about Paul's marriage and his ex-best friend however are no further ahead in our ability to make sound decisions with respect to real estate.
Most of Paul's time was spent on delivering stories and cute anecdotes about life when he would speak about real estate, he spoke at a much faster speed! In the end this 3 day course was simply about Robert Shemin University selling additional courses prices ranging from $9000 to $30,000.
WARNING save your time and money! There is no integrity in this company or his trainer. A disappointed course participant indeed. (PPS I am a corporate trainer and am very familiar with what it takes to provide valuePaul was a smooth talker but he delivers no bang for your buck or your time).
T.S., Toronto attended the 3-day course April 27th in Toronto
