As anyone can see from the rebuttal, Mr. Tissier has a textbook Antisocial Personality Disorder.  Notice the complete lack of remorse and total refusal to acknowledge any wrong doing in any way.  Also, notice the diversion away from the actual issue of not providing the lessons that were paid for.  How did the student break the contract?  What, she paid and showed up for lessons and somehow it was her fault?  The customer is just a victim to be enslaved by Mr. Tissier's mental problems.  He is a total criminal and should be in prison for fraud, FAA violations, theft and to protect society in general.

I have personally talked to aircraft owners that he ripped off by not paying the lease agreement fees.  Multiple students for not providing lessons after they were paid for.  I observed aircraft in violation of FAA standards and flying in non-airworthy condition.  These aircraft were used for students that had less than 5 hours of flying experience and for rental aircraft to licensed pilots.  I observed a 152 that had an access panel fall off of it in flight, put back into service and used for flight instruction.  I observed a 172 shear off one of the brake lines and almost cause the pilot to crash the plane into a jet parked on the ramp.  Complete willful neglect and negligence on the part of Mr. Tissier.  This person should not be allowed to teach or run any kind of aviation related business.

It is a failure of our justice system that someone like this can be allowed to do anything that will eventually lead to the loss of life before anything is done about it. 

The only good ending to this story is that Adventure Aviation went out of business and Mr. Tissier is bankrupt.

Run away from this person as fast as you can and as far away as you can get.

In response to Mr. Tissier's rebuttal....I never breached my contract with Mr. Tissier. I paid $2000.00 in advance and the check was cashed by Adventure Aviation, Mr. Tissier's company. I NEVER received one flying lesson although I demanded them from Mr. Tissier several times. There were either no airplanes or no instructors or both problems at once. Mr. Tissier mysteriously dissapeared from Adventure Aviation which has now gone out of business.

There are several other victims and I know from these victims that I lost the least amount of money. Others have had the same experience with Mr. Tissier, they have paid him thousands of dollars upfront for flying lessons and received no flying lessons, only lies and more lies from Mr. Tissier. Mr. Tissier is under investigation from the Georgetown Police Department and the Attorney General of the State of Texas, Consumer Fraud Division. He has also been investigated by KVUE. All of this has been my doing and the work of the other victims.

Do not let Robert Tissier scam you. Do not pay this man any amount of money for private pilot lessons! Check the Travis County, Texas and the Williamson County, Texas for judgments and lawsuits filed against him.

This is a very distressful time we live in when someone who has a contract can get on the internet a cry rip off. What has not been told by the party involved is that she had a contract she did not fullfill way before any financial problems came in the picture. There are people that live to make waves anyway they can and to anyone they can. We have not ripped anyone off for money or scammed anyone.

These allogations came from Bob who was supposed to help us during these times and a church pastor of all things in Georgetown. We call this piling on to benefit themselves. I have been in contact with all our customers and we are going to be up and running again in February 2008 and those customers will be back flying with us. All the other things she has stated about planes coming, Katrina planes flying, drug addict son is all lies fabricated by her to make herself a victim to absolutely nothing.

We have been visited by the FAA on all planes by Mr. Keiper and given an okay. I have not disappeared, but was in training when all this began and was unable to be at her call. I still live the same place and visit the same places in Georgetown where I have lived for 9 years unlike other people. Now we have all the correspondence from Lisa along with dates and proof that her allogations are lies. This is a civil matter and I haven't disaapeared at all. People understand that when someone steals a lot of money from a company and causes financial devistation, that doesn't make an owner a bad pilot or bad person. I have operated successfully from that airport over 8 years prior to Ms. S----'s arrival.
