Letter said I owed $400 from 2010 (which is not accurate) and then states: "The entire cost for this law suit is $5468.89 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges. You have all rights to hire an attorney." $5468.89!!!!
Warnings included (cut and pasted)
Count (1) Violation of Federal Banking Regulations
Count (2) Collateral Cheque Fraud
Count (3) Theft by Deception
Said FBI and Sherrif would come to my work, garnish my wages and all other sorts of expensive and embarrassing situations.
