At this time, Landlord has judgment for $53,000.00 and is unable to collect.
Ms. Lemmons also attempted to commit insurance fraud by purposely letting art in her care get wet (witnessed by several people and the fire department).
Several artists have been unable to collect their share of sales (i.e. Ms. Lemmons has sold artwork, cashed checks from purchasers, and then never paid her artists). Also, clients have paid for artwork from her gallery and have never received delivery of artwork, etc.
