The purpose of the Series was to lay out the issues of my family's RICO complaints in a compelling way to prove that the State of New Hampshire used its own police powers to enable the private parties to steal my family's properties in New Hampshire. The most valuable property being the High Birches Mountain Springs land and water rights. The State of New Hampshire, among other things, caused a REPORT to be written on October 13, 2009 that accused me of being delusional so that I could not be a witness against those private parties. It is public record that the State of New Hampshire took $100,000 from one of the unnamed parties in order to expedite the theft.

The frauds that were implemented by the various parties can be recognized by any reader who has been involved in foreclosure fraud. The parties even used Victor Parisi, the man that Judge Schack said wore too many hats as a robo signer. What is different in our case is that known associates of organized crime were used for muscle to harm me and my family.
