I hope to get some help for reliable transportation.  After spending a bunch of dough, the car brakes down, they don't know where the mechanic is today or when he is coming in, or if he is supposed to come in maybe he does or doesn't.  Im waiting.  All I hear is used cars you really never know what you purchase.  So I look to see if other people had the same problem. The better business bureau gave them a F.  Other customers say that they paid a huge deposit for a car to ride a few weeks then they are told they never got financed.  Either way you spend money and you dont have a car to drive.

I am amazed at all the good we do for customers and have done since 1996 and based on this report you would scare potential customers from visiting our establishment.  The owner of this business is 100% customer satisfaction oriented.  He knew nothing about this report until last week and was enraged that since 1996 there have been 4 compalints against his business and over 2000 satisfied customers.  Given this, he demanded that we reach out to the customer and find out what happened and why they were unsatisfied and to fix it.  That is what we have done. 

To date, we have not received a returned call. Forums such as this allows mediums for customers to place complaints that may or may not be true.  And until the entire story is told, it becomes a bit unfair to great companies and owners such as the man who owns this store, to be classified in such a light.  Nevertheless, the facts are things do happend to used cars and ratings should be based on the action taken if a complaint is made.  Keep in mind, that all people will never be satisfied, but our goal is to sell a product that is 100% safe and secure, at a price that is well in the realm of the industry standard.  We pride ourselves in not being the biggest, not being the most talked about, but we do indeed try to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied- even if puts us in the red.  That is why this is so disturbing; because I personally know at least 50 times when the owner has said fix it no matter what is costs, and since I know all the numbers, I know he has lost money on numerous deals to ensure the customers were satisfied.  In close, what other customers is the person refering to in their complaint?
