I got a car from them back in october of 2008 only because the car I had got repossessed due to a divorce so there for my credit was mess up from it. I need a car to get to work. i went online to find Rock Soild Auto call them they came that night to pick me up and took me to the dealership in Mesa Az, got there fill out some paper work and was taken out side to see which car I want. Well I only had a choice of to cars to pick from.

I didnt like the fact that I was not able to pick out my own car they had already had one pick out for me a 2001 ford taurus. The night I drove the car home the next day the battery was dead I had to call for a jump I call the company the next day and told them about the battery gone dead in the car. I was told to bring the car back and we would put one in.

well I went back that night after work got there he tell me that the shop is close and want be able to get me a battery until tomorrow so he long me a portable charger to charge the battery to bring it back in the morining to get a battery. Well I got there and waited while he put the battery in at the shop. I got the car back took it home, ok about month later I left work went to start the car the battery was dead how is this possible when I just got a battery a month ago.

Well I had to call road side for a jump, the guy got there open up the car cover and say this battery is really small and I look and "oh my god" the battery they put in was for a riding lawn mow. The battery didn't even fit the area where the battery surpose to be. I though that was low they couldn't even put in a regular size battery. They charge me 11,000 dollar for this car which is more tthen the blue book.

car started giving me trouble when I would drive it I would make a stop and when the light turn green i press the gas for the car to go and it want well of cause people or upset because I can't go so I turn the car off start it again and then I had to hit the gas really hard to get it going. My daughter I almost was hit I went to make a left turn at the light and as soon as I made the left turn the car shut off right in the middle of my turn cars behide me honking there honk glad know cars was coming at the time.

I call to have the car brought in to get fit there hours for the shop was 8-5 monday-friday the same hours I work. So I had known time to get there. you would think that they would make it convenience for customer that work during the week. Why not open on saturday. another thing is that you make your buy weekly payment and you think you would get a receive no you have to call them to check on your account and they give you this out standing amount and you wonder where your money go.

I just think there service suck and will never deal with them again. As for the death trapp of a car I had the car tow back to them about month later they send my a letter stating they hae to auction off the car and that I would owe the different of what they didn't get for the car. Well I lilke to know who would buy a car that is 8yrs old and have over 100,000 mile for what they are asking what 10,000 dollar you have be joking you can't even give that car away.

Apparently, someone like you would do that.

There doesn't appear to be any shortage of folks that have bad credit, that are willing to dig their financial hole even deeper by buying a junk car at an over inflated price. Bad credit lots specialize in selling junk to desperate people. When it comes right down to it, if you have to pay double the value at an absurd interest rate, you can't afford a car in the first place. Entering into these crazy deals will only make your financial problems last a lot longer.
