Rock Solid Auto,in Mesa AZ I purchased a car from this company 30days ago and i have been going back and fore to repair for the check engine light,and just like the first time he said it was a leak(funny) the car did not leak, Mesa, Arizona

The service manager said that they had fixed a sensor.get in the car to driver home no light.drive one or too blocks down from shop: light back on and just made the first payment,they don't seen to care i quest they just want to get rid that car,per Monte (the car cost to much as is ) Buyer beware!!!!

I bought my car in May of this year. 05' Chevy Uplander. My car has been back to that shop more than 10 times for the following: check engine light, abs break system, tires bad, bad breaks, transmission slipping, engine bangs when excelerating. Another customer with the same car was having the same issue. She thought I worked there because my car was ALWAYS there. When i told her that I was a customer, her and I began to compare stories. She had just bought her car and only had it for a week and was having issues like mine. Makes me sick....
I have all of my paper work I have all of my calls logged into RSA and CSA. I have been informed from a reliable source, (past employee) that RSA and CSA are owned by the same family. So it is not surprising they are not going to help you get your vehicle fixed or give you money back to top it off they have still to this day not properly fixed mine.
They are in bed together in more ways than one.
I am disgusted and upset. I am a single mom of three kids. One is a special needs child and I rely on my vehicle to get me to work and for me to get him to his doctor appointment and therapy. I was with out my car because the fan assmebly was bad. Now the fan cools the engine. Engine was one of the items covered on the platinum warranty that I paid an extra 1500 for. WRONG!!! My van sat for almost two weeks because I could not afford to pay RSA $250.00 to fix that. Because it was not covered under the warranty. It is part of the engine? Then the service department tells me that a sensor for the fuel is bad, that is not covered either. So what the hell is the warranty good for? NOTHING!!! After paying out of pocket $250.00, I got the car back. Car still made bang noise when excelerated. Oh a motor mount was bad. My personal mechanic, who is my brother inlaw, told Jeremy and Steve and Anthony it is the transmission. The transmission needs to be replaced. After the fourth time and telling them to keep the P>O>S. they had my car for 6 days to replace the transmission. Now another $50.00 out of my pocket to get a rental car, which by the way is not equal to what you drive. They give you the cheapest car available. I missed two weekends of OT work costing me $1,500. dollars in money that was very much needed. Do you think they knocked off some money for all of the crap I went through. NOT AT ALL.
Please let me know if you get an attorney I will be more than willing to take their behinds to court and force them to pay the consumer restitutions for the lack of product they sold us. Take Care.
