A TV news report was given on Rock Tops, Inc by TV station WZZM 13 /ABC Grand Rapids, MI on Sunday 01/11/2009 six o'clock news. They reported how consumers were ripped off by Rock Tops and also interviewed a couple that had paid in advance before the doors were closed.
They also reported that the Michigan States Attorney General's office was looking into this matter as a possible criminal offence and wanted anyone with information or wanting to file a complaint to call this number. 1-877-765-8388.
I spoke with a state representative this morning and they stated that they would take complaints from consummers from out of state. If you were ripped off from out of the State of Michigan call them. You can also file a complaint online by going to www.michigan.gov/ag
I advise you to do this ASAP.
