Our AT&T bill included a charge for $12.95 for Enhanced Services Billing Inc. Not knowing what this was, I called the AT&T number listed under this service and was rerouted to Rocket Communication Services. I was given the option to cancel the service, which I did, but there was no option to speak to a person or find out what this company does, or why I was being billed for it. An interent search led me to ripffreport.com where I found a posting by someone with a similar charge.
