Rocking S Farm Aka Suzanne Schnetzler Refused to refund unused portion of board payment. Helena Alabama

I am a current customer of Rocking S. We are boarding our horse and we take lessons from Suzanne. The farm is awesome and Suzanne takes excellent care of the horses!

It is unfortunate that sites like this exist and that posts like this, even after the situation is resolved will never be removed by RipoffReport.com. The cost the start the "arbitration" process on this site is $2000. Even if you are the author of the report and want to remove your post you cannot. See the sites FAQ page:

When you register, this site wants you to allow an attorney or the media to contact you regarding your complaint. This person never obtained an attorney to settle this matter. She chose this forum to attack the good name and character of a person and a business.

Visit the shelby county courthouse clerk's office and you will find that the owner, Suzanne Schnetzler has been arrested on more than one occassion for writing multiple bad checks to different feed stores.  According to records, she plead guilty and is currently on probation.  You will also have to avoid the repo man who frequently visits looking for Suzanne's truck that she continues to hide.

Is this a place you want to be?

I am a customer of RSF and cannot say enough good things about the owner, Suzanne. She is kind, compassionate and a great instructor.

It is unfortunate that due to the false accusations of one former customer, this report is online and would cost RSF $5000+ to fight and get removed. Fortunately she has a loyal client base who know that these accusations are untrue. Please visit us!

I am hereby rescinding my prior two (2) rebuttals.

One major thing that Leah failed to add to this is that she was going to have her beloved horse put to sleep this spring because she "could not afford him anymore". What a responsible pet owner! Suzanne actually saved this horse's life because the horse absolutely did not need to be put to sleep.

In addition, I would like to say what a relief it is that this woman is gone from the barn. Let me also say that I hope that Leah never purchases another animal because she is absolutely not responsible!

While being a client for nearly two years I have had absolutely no problems and after being at several different barns, Rocking S Farm is a breath of fresh air. Rocking S Farm has brought us home from each horse show with blue ribbons and huge smiles!
