Zed, hope all is well.  Attached you will find 12 samples of your logo design. As well as a second attachment of your landing
page mock-up.  As mentioned, we were in the process of designing the landing page mock-up prior to you and your brother disappearing over 18 months ago.  So the work is in progress and put on hold due to a non-response in previous emails.

As far as the logo design, the logo you claim that is a poor version was in actuality the logo you approved.  Your claiming that you had a logo when again in actuality, your company was never in the building stages, based on our discussions via meeting and email trends which you and your brother Danny mentioned. 

At this point, since it was only a deposit that you have paid to begin the designs, we are requesting the rest of the payment in full in order for us to continue.  Your only interest up to this point is to gain a refund, which tells me that even after we fulfill your projects and deliver the files, we will never see the balance remaining. Especially since there has never been direct communication with either me or Saad for nearly 2 years.  The last communication we have ever had regarding your
organization was from your credit card company disputing the credit card transaction for the deposit of which the project on our behalf was fulfilled.

The three mock-ups you are requesting are part of the last phase of development.  We promised you three sample logos to start with, we gave you 12.  Out of the 12, you claimed that the logo which is displayed on our website is the final product and you have given us approval for fulfillment.  In regards of the landing page, you than disappeared and were unable to continue completing the 3 mock-ups, but the attached one was sent to you for approval stages via strategies and directional points.

Moving forward, if you wish to continue doing business with us, than the remaining balance for the project is due prior to continuing, and you will be obligated since we have provided all facts up to date, to remove any negative remarks about Rockn Graphix.  If you agree, than we will gladly move forward to completing whatever else that needs to be done, but
thats only after you fill out a liability form deeming us of non-negligence, signed by you and your brother.

I checked the logo you allegedly designed (from your website http://rockngraphix.com ), and cannot help but notice its a bad copy of my company's original logo. No effort or creative design work was put in at all, makes me think you only went ahead and coped my original logo because of my compliant. Also you told me I would have 3 different revisions to choose from, still have not seen any of them. From my understanding I was charged $500.00 for 3 revisions of my new logo design and another $500.00 for 3 revisions of my landing page, complimenting my new logo. Please forward all 6 revisions to (((email redacted))) , I am looking forward to resolving this matter with your company. Thank you and Happy New Year!

Zed, please provide your email address along with your brothers.  One or the other is not acceptable considering that both of you are claiming false accusations.

PLEASE SEND FULL REFUND OR DO THE WORK AND SEND ME MY NEW LOGO. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE WORK DONE AND HAVE MY NEW LOGO. IF YOU STILL DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK THEN PLEASE SEND THE $1000.00 BACK SO I CAN HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY. YOU SAY THERE HAS BEEN 35 HOURS PUT IN, THEN PROVE IT......WHERE ARE THE DESIGNS ????

I WILL CONTACT THE BBB AND OTHER AGENCY'S TO HELP RESOLVE THIS MATTER IF YOU CAN NOT.

First off, iCAD services has no relations with Rock'n Graphix.  The organization is not a graphic design company nor focuses in the Marketing and advertising industry.

Zed Saffar, the consumer who wrote this review and his brother Danny Saffer have allegedly claimed that Rock'n Graphix have not delivered the products and services they claim they paid for in a form of a deposit.  

Rock'n Graphix has a detailed history of email communication between the two party's and are upset that when they asked for a refund, after implementing over 35 hours of project fulfillment, they were denied considering that the amount of work exceeded there deposit amount.

The party of Danny and Zec Saffar decided to go through there credit card company as a dispute method.  After careful analysis through the credit card company, they they found that Rock'n Graphix had enough evidence to prove that there claim dispute was a fraudulent and refused to refund any funds back.

Now after 18 months of silence, Danny and Zed Saffar decide to take other measures to slander our organizations reputation for personal reasons that we do not understand.  

Rock'n Graphix has a strong reputation and can be justified with positive reviews on Yelp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and furthermore...
