Rocky Mountain Radar - Media Synergy Group - Phazer II trring to get these people to honor their warrenty is like tryiny to teach a pig to sing richmond , Virginia

bought a radar detecter from these guys in 07 and they sold it on the premise that if I bought the extra years coverage (which I did) they would replace the unit or refund my money.  they acknowledged the unit was still under warranty and I sent them the unit and no refund has been issued. they keep telling me (when I can get someone) "2-3weeks".  its been a 5 weeks since they acknowledged getting the item back. I talked to the VA attorney generals office and they are sending me an info packet on filing a complaint with them - maybe they can rattle a few cages.  meanwhile I will continue to bombard their phone message boards with radio broadcasts filling their boards up so no one can leave messages.  I will continue to do this untill my refund shows up or I die. I am semi retired and can't sleep at night so I have nothing better to do.  well I do but when I'm being ripped off for $250 I can lend a lot of my time to the project.  I am trying to get some of the employee names and their home phone numbers so I can harrASS there ass at home. if anyony has any personal info on them please let me know at bymycrap.com
