Media Synergy is NOT Rocky Mountain Radar
AUTHOR: RMR - (United States of America)

First, the Phazer II never sold for $250.00; the consumer is either confused or untruthful.
Second, The Phazer II has a factory 3-year replace/repair warranty which we have always honored.
Third, MSG by law has to offer a 30-day money back guarantee (we always do) that expires after 30 days; we are not aware of MSG offering a multi-year money back guarantee.
Fourth, as far as I know we have never heard from the individual.
Fifth, we do not offer extended warranties, at any price. If one of our dealers wishes to offer that, then they are responsible for honoring that warranty.
Sisth, I believe MSG is still in business so the consumer is free to hound them and to sue if he deems it worthwhile...they still owe us a lot of money and we've had no luck
President,
Rocky Mountain Radar
