Rogue Valley Transit District Ken, Erica, Jackson County, Oregon bus system. Harassment, threats, bullying Medford, Oregon

Hello, the other night I was harassed and threatened by a thug while I was waiting for the bus, I come to find out this guy is an employee at Bear Creek Corporation and he is friends with all the bus drivers.  He is a known addict and thug; he is about 6'4" or so, black hair (Latin in appearance), mustache and heavy set.  He is in his late 40's or 50's and is an extremely violent person that also harasses women at the bus stop.  Today another Latin gangster tried his hand at bullying me on the bus (he also turned out to be a friend of the bus driver).  This criminal was about 5'8" or so, dark with a butch haircut and much younger than the other hood, this one was probably in his 20's. 

The harassment has been constant; these examples were just the two most recent occurrences.  I don't have the money to buy a car so I'm forced to be around these thugs.  The bus drivers for this organization have a gang mentality and therefor are gangsters. Ken is one of the worst, Erica is another and there are more whose names I don't know.  I am currently seeking a way to get justice; I'm not sure what to do though.
