Ordered the product, a Rollabind punch and set of Rings, on October 4, 2011. After continually checking the order after a couple of weeks of not hearing anything regarding the order being shipped, we placed a call to them since the order was still listed as "Payment Pending" on October 17, 2011, although the payment was sent 2 minutes after the order through PayPal.
The woman who answered explained that they simply "overlooked that the order was paid". How a reputable company can overlook a payment for 13 days, is beyond me.
Still, we gave them the benefit of the doubt because I really needed this for a big project for school that was due November 1st and they are the only ones who sell this product. We stressed to them that the project was coming due and we really needed this. At this point, the woman informed me that the punch is on backorder now but it will ship out to us by that Friday, October 21st, and we will be receiving it by the end of the following week, pushing it to October 28th.
Still received no word by October 28th so placed yet another call to them; this time they promised to receive it that day and will overnight it to us for no extra charge and I would get it by Monday, October 31st.
Called again on October 31st to confirm the order was shipped. This time talked to a man and he said that a note was sent to the shipping department to "send it overnight and you will receive by tomorrow". Out of curiosity and panic for getting this project done, called back just to see how the order will be shipped, whether by USPS or UPS. This time a different man who confirmed that everything that I was told was correct and it has already been sent to the shipping department, but there is no tracking number attached to it.
Got a call on the morning of November 1st, 2011, at 10:22AM from the original woman I talked to from the beginning, from a different number than I had been using; 561-208-1343 (I had been using 1-888-270-8478). She went on to explain that they did not get the order in and cannot send it, but if I'd like to upgrade my order to the more expensive punch for an additional $17.00, they will send it out to me today!
This was where I could not take it anymore so I asked for a refund. The woman said she would issue a refund through PayPal but it wouldn't show up for at least a week. I grew very tired of waiting for this company, which I told them, and explained that I paid through PayPal, it should not take that long, and I will just go straight to PayPal - to my surprise, I received an e-mail 30 minutes later from PayPal that I got a refund.
