one thing I can say about this lady... if she is going to multiple doctors it is probably because she is very hard to satisfy... maybe she just a need a face-lift since the injections does not meet her expectations... this review that this lady wrote is ridiculious.

Here's my personal experience with Doctor Romero:

They were wonderful! The office is implacable clean and the lady at the front desk is very professional and so nice. You can see that they really care about their patients.
Doctor Romero. was very, very, knowledgeable. He really listens to what your needs are and takes full care to meet them and give you not only results, but an overall great experience.
 
I was also very impressed that he even took the time to give me a quick crash course of physic while showing me the sealed bottle. It was very interesting and you can see that this doctor after all these years in the business, he is still very passionate of his work even if its only botox injections like I got done. What I like about this doctor is that he will tell you the truth on what you need and how it will look on you. I was so happy with the final results of my botox injections and the price was just right. I am definitely going back to his office; this doctor is trustworthy and knows what he is doing. 
 
 

I have had many Botox treatments in my time and have never got  the results i received from Dr. Romero.  Not only that this is the first time my Botox lasted more than 4 months .  He is patient and very understanding of our needs.

I have had a few botox treatments here and there from various physicians. It wasn't until I found Dr. Romero that I committed to using one doctor for botox.  I'm not sure exactly why the consumer below had such an unpleasant experience but mine was nothing of the sort.

I found Doctor Romero while Googling for suggested Botox doctors on Long Island.  What came up in searches was that he was Black Diamond certified (the ONLY in LI), reasonably priced, and Long Island Press winner of Best of LI 2012.  Those qualifications were of course attractive to me so I set up my first appointment.

The staff was friendly and kind as I was greeted and set up for my procedure.  The office was busy but nothing out of the ordinary.  When I met Dr. Romero he introduced himself, asked a few questions about myself and gave the injections.  My experience was very pleasant and comfortable with the results I expected.

Dr. Romero is now the doctor I visit for all my nutritional and botox needs.  He runs Botox Days, usually monthly, in which the office is much much busier, but that is to be expected with such great Botox specials, so brace yourself.  He is very helpful and knowledgeable so any questions you have (even if they may sound silly!) he is very willing to answer and explain. 

I think Dr. Romero is a fabulous doctor and it saddens me to see a poor review, but to each their own opinion. YOU ROCK Dr. R!!

Dr. Romero is the finest and most highly skilled injector around.

I am more than shocked to read such a report. I am in my mid fifties and have left my face in the hands of Dr. Romero for the last 5 years. I wish I can post a photo. I have been consistanly happy and and forget what aging can really mean! I used to travel to Manhattan and use a famous Park Ave. female dermotologist - and she was no better than the results from Dr. Romero. As a matter of fact- I feel Dr. Romero carefully cares about the delicate natural balance a face needs to counteract aging and advises me accordingly- which Dr. W was too busy to do.

I am not talking cost comparason! He comes into the room with a fresh box and opens it in front of you.

It is fresh and real! Also I can go to him on a Tuesday , and be with clients the next day or out to an event that week and only look better ---rarely a trace of a needle!! 

I would not scrafice good work on my one and only face to save a few dollars- but when you can have both!!

I have easily recommended many of my friends and clients to Dr. Romero-----and all are looking great and delighted!! (he is my secret)

I think if you were to do your own research you can see, he has high integrity and outstanding abilities as an injector of fillers and botox! He is backed by the companies that make these products- which means he must buy a significant amount!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Romero's for several years now and I am shocked and dismayed by this ripoff report as it is contrary to my experience in every way. I am writing this to set the record straight. Dr. Romero is a very proper, cordial, polite gentleman first and foremost. In my experience, he has the highest regard for his craft and constantly goes to training seminars and keeps updated on all the latest techniques and products. In his initial consultation with me he explained his methodology and approach. He carefully documents the progress with high resolution photographs so you can see the progression of your treatments.

His approach is one of subtlety. When you go to him, people see that you look GOOD, but they don't think that you've had anything done because the work is done carefully so as to give you the most natural appearance. This is exactly what I was looking for. Everywhere I go, people are shocked to hear how old I am. I've been to makeup counters at Nordstrom's and Macy's and the girls there who are 10+ years younger than me look older than me. When I show them my driver's license, they look like they've been shocked with a cattle prod. When I tell them how many children I have they are even more shocked.

When I go to Dr. Romero for JuveDerm or for Botox, he always uses fresh product and he opens new syringes right in front of me. There is absolutely NO QUESTION at all about product authenticity. In fact, on one of my visits, the manufacturer's representative told me that Dr. Romero was their top doctor and when he saw me, he said that I would be a great representative for them because I looked fantastic.

I am very happy with Dr. Romero's service and results. If you are looking to have giant injected lips or massive apple cheeks, then Dr. Romero is not your doctor. If you want to look younger and natural and have work done by a true professional, then he's your man.

 I previously stated that Dr. Romero had injected Rystylane to my sister, that was not the case, the filler  used was Radiesse, apparently that injection is not offered in his office. I highly recommend Dr. Romero to anyone who believes in fighting natures sometimes aging effects.  He is my secret weapon to looking 10 years younger instantly, and non surgically treated.

I usually do not write rebuttals but when I saw this article on Dr. Romero, I felt I needed to.  I have been a patient of his for the past 6 years. I go to him for Radiesse and have brought friends in to have Botox and Restalyne injections.  Besides his prices being so fair, what I am most comfortable about is that he  unseals the packaging in the treatment room in front of me.   My results last almost a full year, and my friends that I have recommended to him have continued to use his services on a regular basis.  I am never rushed in and out of his office, quite the opposite, he takes his time to ensure that I am comfortable and relaxed before he procedes. He and his staff are always professional and its a very pleasant experience.

The author of this review claims that I injected her with Restylane, which I DO NOT use. I only use Juvederm, which leads me to doubt the veracity of this report. If the author is, in fact, an actual patient of mine, I am disappointed that he or she did not approach me first and I am still inviting him or her to come in. I want to discuss his or her treatment so that we may be able to resolve this issue.

I always hold myself to the highest standards when it comes to patient satisfaction. Before injecting Botox or dermal fillers, I open and mix the ingredients in front of my patients, so that they can be absolutely sure about what I am injecting and how much. I only use fresh and genuine US-made products. I also always discuss with my patients all of the alternatives to the treatments I give them, including surgery, which I do not perform. As for the cost of the treatments, I always advise patients not to spend more than what is comfortable.

I have consistently received a 4-star rating at www.vitals.com and the highest ratings at www.healthgrades.com. I was awarded the Patients' Choice Award and Most Compassionate Doctor Award for 2011, putting my practice at the top 1% of all medical practices in the nation. I have also been consistently awarded high ratings by the makers of Botox (Allergan) and the makers of Radiesse (Merz). I am a the only Black Diamond Level doctor on Long Island, meaning I do the most Botox. I am #4 in the metropolitan NY area. Being a member of the Allergan faculty, I travel all over New York and surrounding states teaching new doctors the art and science of Botox and Juvederm injections.

Allergan reviewed my retention rate (the number of times a patient returns each year) and I have double the national retention rate. I have seen numerous advertisements (some brought in by loyal patients) looking exactly like my advertisements. This is flattering as other doctors now consider my practice as the leader.

I always try my best to satisfy each and every one of my patients. But even the Pope cannot satisfy all Bishops. If this is a legitimate report, please give me another chance and I will make it up to you.
