Mr. Ed Roberts, for someone not affiliated with the scams of travel, you are listed as Romex's GM. This is a scam they send a fax offering cheap vacation get aways, when you call you get reservations?? They will tell you they can get you a great deal have plenty of rooms..ect... Really the cruise line was sold out. I called spoke to a Angela when I started to question her hard she called me Ms. Angela ? Really you don't know that is you and not me. When pressuring her for physical State she said Atlanta, told my sister she was in NY, my aunt she was in FL. Again look out the window you can't tell where you are? When I called the company that is located at the address they have listed, I was told this was a virtual office? A what? How does a travel co not have an actual office. They only get mail there to be shipped or picked up. NO local phone number.
As for going through the recording, I was told by "Angela not to ask questions only answer yes and if I had questions she would answer afterwards.

I will say I was Lucky, I stopped payment, still had to change my account, cost me a few dollars but better than 1000. When the check did come into bank it was from ABC and123 Corp.
This was a nightmare. To think a scammer taking money I work my butt off for everyday. If a company doesn't have reliable references, can't tell you there true name, don't take credit cards, run the other way... don't look back you want regret it.
