Ron Scott, Painting Gives cost then increases costs repeatedly for a variety of reasons decatur, Georgia

Ron is personable, gives an initial detailed statement of services and supplies to be implemented and costs. He then adds additional costs or reports increase costs from his subcontractors, that he passes on to you.  Discrete discussion revealed, no such increase in costs from subcontractor.  Cost increments are frequent.  Reasons are numerous.

His brother Shean ( Shean's Painting) who works for him solicits personal business from neighbors where Ron Scott has jobs.  He is a rip-off.  His knowledge is limited or his work is of poor quality, there is a possibility he creates problems he reports as he does his work, but he is personable.  He stops answering calls once paid and poor quality work is discovered.  I have been taken for thousands of dollars by Shean.  By calling Ron I got subcontractors, competent, to do the work but at extra cost and with inflation of costs many times.

Quality of the work by subcontractors was good. Both Ron and Shean are affable, but be on guard.  Especially of Shean (my experience).
