We had a person contact us about a home loan modification, we decided to go with the Slade law group, because of the money back guaranty, we figured we had nothing to lose. Well we were wrong. they took our money, then did nothing but give us the run a round,they never answered there phones, it would always go to voice mail, they rarely answered the e- mails we sent, and when they did it was always the same excuse, ( your account has been transferred to somebody else) then it would start all over again, another phone number,and e-mail address, Well at that point we have had enough,we requested our money back,and low and behold, now there is no contact from anybody. Then when i called one of the older numbers we had some attorney tells us that our file was transferred to a new law firm, The Empire law group, they did the same thing Slade law did, NOTHING. We paid the Slade law group $2300.00 and have not been able to contact anybody about this so called money back guarantee. Can anybody help us with this, I want our money back, and I want all of the people there put in jail, we are about to lose our house because of this.... please help.
