    I retained the services of Roni Deutch Tax Corp. to assist me with a tax problem. I paid in excess of $2000.00, and was told I would be catorized CNC (Currently Non-Collectable).   Not too long after I was 'paid in full', I was contacted and told the IRS had accepted my proposal, and that everything was ok. They did tell me, however, that this issue might arise again in the future.   A few days ago, I received a registered letter from the IRS threatening a levy or garnishment if I did not respond to the letter. The first thing I did was to call Roni Deutch; surprise, surprise, no answer.

    When I contacted the IRS, much to my surprise, they had no record of any transaction/correspondence from Roni Deutch pertaining to my tax problem!!!! The gentleman that I spoke with told me he'd heard Roni Deutch had gone out of business.   So, now I'm back to square on, with no means of settling this problem.  Talk about "BUYER BEWARE". With all the advertising this company did, I guess I just never dreamed this would happen.  If some type of law suit (or something) is initiated, please count me in!!
