SEO Reputation Management at its best!

We are a group of ex emloyees of Roni Lynn Deutch-
Roni Lynn Deutch claims to settle back tax liabilities for "Pennies on the dollar" utilizing the I.R.S. program Offer in Compromise.

Roni Lynn Deutch advertises nationally on television urging desperate taxpayers to call for a free no obligation consultation. When the scared taxpayer calls, they reach a call center where their name, phone number and amount owed to the I.R.S. is recorded. Then the "Leads" are filtered through and placed on a 3x5 card and passed out to hungry sales representatives affectionately known as "Tax Directors" AKA. SALESPEOPLE!

These salespeople are under constant pressure from Roni Deutchs' little brother Russell Deutch to hit their individual sales goals. The pressure is so heavy that we have actually seen salespeople fudge the numbers of the callers to "qualify the potential client" then use proven sales techniques to have them pay sometimes as much as $15,000.00 to take the case. Typically the fee is between $1900.00 and $4300.00 to hire the firm to protect them from the I.R.S.

The sales people paint a picture for the potential clients, telling them the typical time frame to settle the tax debt is from ten to twelve months, giving the clients a ray of hope. The new clients are not told that the law firm has so many active clients (well over 4,000) that it could be seven or eight months before they even compile the Offer in compromise. Meanwhile, the clients are literally struggling to make payments to the law firm ranging from $250.00 to $1,000.00 for six to ten months.

The average enrollment in the Law firm is 450 new clients each month. In our years of working there we have not seen a fraction of these clients receiving the help that was implied. Remember, attorneys structure sentences that imply one thing to the average person and something completely different in legal terminology and the salespeople are taught to use this verbiage with clients to imply a guarantee.

We know of several other people who will be adding information to this site. Many of our co-workers have been terminated for looking into the practices of the Law firm and questioning why we were taking new clients when we could not even provide the service to the existing clients.

Roni Lynn Deutch is taking the hard earned money hand over fist from people who are desperate for help, and really only delivering help to a very small portion of her clients.

Here are some examples:

A client was getting his wages garnished. He had been faithfully paying the firm $475.00 monthly to cover his legal fees for seven months, the law firm never even attempted to get his garnishment lifted (he was lost in the shuffle). The man could not make his last payment on time (eight months later and before the garnishment was even lifted) and the law firm fired him for breaching the law firm's so called " FEE AGREEMENT".

The legal staff regularly loses files, misses I.R.S. deadlines, mails the wrong documents to clients, disclosing confidential information. The list goes on.......thousands of mislead people.

Roni Deutch owns at least nine homes throughout the country, drives a $100,000.00 BMW and a $100,000.00 Porsche. Travels and plays constantly and is rarely in the office. She has approximately 100 people running her show. Believe me, it is a show. She runs the epitome of a processing plant. Clients accuse us all the time of being a sweatshop. People need to know this before they pay a woman to save them when she is literally taking their money. They have several thousand unhappy clients that will gladly tell their story.

All employess are forced to sign a clause that I would not discuss the practice of the Law firm or they can sue me for damages caused to the law firm.

The contact person who runs the show for Roni Deutch is:
Greg Flahive Ask him what percentages of clients actually get the service they hired Roni Deutch to do for them.

I urge you to call in as a potential client and go through the process; you will be amazed at how their system works.

You can call 1-800-TAX-LADY or WWW.Settletax.com

Thank you.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Everyone needs to file a BAR ASSOCIATION complaint!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Anyone who worked for Ronnie Lynn Deutch needs to file a bar association complaint. You can do this and are protected under federal law. As an employee, an employer cannot make you sign away your rights to disclose illegal activity or fraud, etc. That agreement is not worth the paper it is written on. The FEDERAL LAW called the Whistleblowers Act supercedes that non disclosure agreement.

Furthermore, the Justice Department needs to get complaints from employees and consumers alike, as this qualifies for enforcement under the RICO ACT. She could lose everything, AND get disbarred for life.

Now, a warning to potential victims of Ronnie Lynn Deutch and others like her. GO TO THE IRS website and read the facts on OIC [offers in compromise]. The fact is, VERY FEW tax cases get settled this way.

You are much better off to just walk in to any IRS office and willingly sit down with an agent who will help you work out your problem and/or set up a reasonable payment plan. Most of the time if you go to them, they will even waive or reduce penalties and interest.

Ronnie Lynn deutch does nothing for anyone but herself. None of these scam artists do.

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds

This is all ture about Roni's practices.

AUTHOR: Telleroftruth - (U.S.A.)

"Thomas" is in gross error and is probably a disenchanted employee of Roni's trying to make "Brownie Points". Roni has has "Season" tickets to the Sacramento Kings and the Sacramento Monarchs for years. The games she does not want to go to, she offers the tickets as a selling incentive to make more money. She DOES NOT care two cents about her clients, she only cares about what you are bringing in and how consistant you are about doing it.

I too was in the frenzy of taking potential clients monies (I knew the I.R.S. would never settle with them) when being forced to perform or risk Roni firing me. The answer was always the same......take them down.

I have been in several meetings where Roni herself came down from her throne and cursed out the entire floor for NOT bringing in enough clients and she would get rid of us all if we did not give her what she wanted. That threat included her brothers and sister.

She has taken the entire firm out to a baseball game and has paid for so many more things for the firm to do, all at the expense of the clients who pay her for help. Roni will also brag about Hawaii, and bring stacks of it from her many trips throughout the year (which includes her family). She also brags about Las Vegas, where sdhe drops 500.00 per table playing blackjack or any other game that strikes her fancy.

What gifts does Roni give to her employees? Oh, you mean Russell Deutch asllowing you to "Spin" a Wheel of fortune type device and "IF" you hit the correct place on it (it has only happened twice in three years) you win 100.00!

Roni's employees rarely quit as "Thomas" has so eloquently put it....they are often fired for non performance. which is the difference between 18 new clients and 14 new clients.

She really does some good to her clients and employees, however, it is only to protect her perceived "Image". She was on the A.B.C. Television show called "The Other Half" which brought her allot of clients, but, there are no "Follow up" skills to go with all the B.S. she puts out on the T.waves. Like the woman who "Claims" that Roni has settled her entire back tax liability for 20 dollars! The woman is an actress, and the claim is bogus. The law firm has settled ONE couples tax burden for 20 dollars, and they were extremly elderly, had only 20 dollars, and the 10 year collection statute was about to expire on the I.R.S.

Look "Thomas" don't be a "Dummy". Iwisedup challenged the readers of this website to try the "Process" themselves, He/She did not try to give "contact" numbers to Roni's office.....I will do that.

To contact The Law Offices of Roni Lynn Deutch directly call @ (916)443-0274, (916)443-1080, or to contact the "Sales Team" (877)232-8477 if you want client services or the toll free fax number, then call the direct office line and they will give it to you. Greg is next, he hung himself with the figures he was spouting. Look guys, you know what you are doing....stop hiding behing Jim Banks(Roni's Attorney), all your legal jargon, and really do a service for people. I was tired of reading all of this CRAP that Greg Flahive, and "Thomas"(or should I say Russ, Steve, Scott, Keith, Roni, or anyone else who would write this type of crap) had to say, so I "came out of the closet(no offence)" to really set you people straight.

Roni does rip people off and she needs to stop!

#4 UPDATE Employee

We have helped thousands of taxpayers!

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

I saw this note by this disgruntled ex-employee and must communicate my feelings about the law firm I worked at. We have helped thousands of taxpayers all across the country with their tax problems. I know of a case where we settled a $500k tax bill for $23k! Just look at our settlements on our website (www.settletax.com) We save taxpayer's paychecks and bank accounts from the IRS everyday. Since we are the largest tax law firm in the country, I work with some of the best lawyers, paralegals, and tax representatives in the nation. I, along with all of the employees that work for Roni, don't want people to think negatively about us.

This employee has no idea what he is talking about. Employees almost never quit because it is such an excellent place to work at. Roni Deutch treats me (along with her other employees) great. Roni stresses to all her employees that the most important thing at her firm is client satisfaction. I have seen her represent some clients for free when they cannot afford her fees. I have seen Roni send flowers to clients when they are experiencing family troubles. Roni also cares deeply for her employees. Every month Roni gives gives gifts to her employees for their birthdays. She takes the entire office to a professional baseball game every year. She routinely buys NBA tickets for her employees. The list goes on and on. Unfortunately, it looks like you can't make every employee happy. Some are going to complain regardless of what the employer does for them. This employee must have been fired for incompetency because he gave the wrong telephone number to the office! How could he know the inner workings of the office as he claims if doesn't even know our telephone number?
