I have just recieved a letter from these scumbags listing items and services they claim to have done for me which none of which are true and trying to justify the $1220 they screwed me out of. I intend to now become this scam artists biggest nightmare and have proof that they never contacted the irs as they claim and worse still charged me for, this proof came from the irs themselves!, i would dearly love to hear from others who have taken these scamming bastards to court, i have no fear in taking Roni and co on.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Bad firm, bad agency

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

Here's the odd thing:

Even as you would assume such is not the case, Ms. Deutch has an impeccable record with the California state bar.

I have noticed that her advertisements have recently changed, and contain more disclaimers. The fact that she orginally made IRS debtors think that they would qualify for offers in compromise as a matter of course puts her ethics in serious question, at least in my mind.

Per the IRS, however, there is a rule of thumb that every tax attorney knows quite well: the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. The IRS is probably the most inefficient and defunct agency of the US government. If you call three separate times with the same question, you will undoubtedly receive three different answers.

So I can't say whether your problem is with RLD or the IRS. However, negotiating forebearance and settlement agreements with IRS agents takes very little time, and a bill for $2,200.00 is likely excessive.
