camcorder arrives & its a japanese camcorder,i immediately called and told him i'm sending it back. now he claims never to recieve it. meanwhile i notice two
charges on my visa, one from royal cameras, but instead of the agreed charge the charge was $4,873.88 then three days later another charge from a company called banana boat cameras inc, for a shocking $6,135.98
i later found out that the two companies are the same.
my visa returned the $6,135.98 only after i insisted they reinvestigate, they did not return my $4,873.88 even though i sent them complaint letters from
a mass amount of customers.
