Roommate Express.com Dan Ross or Dennis Credit card fraud Costa Mesa, California

If their are any Lawyers out there PLEASE help all of us who have been harmed by this horrible organization AKA Roommate Express.com.After reading all the alledged complaints all of us have 2 things in common?We all paid for a service 49.00 at the start and possibly paid twice when our credit cards were charged without our approval.Secondly,no service was ever provided.My name is David ,I am a retired disabled Air Force veteran,also employed as a security officer.To supplement by income I rent out rooms to to help me make ends meet.Unfortunately,I did not do my DUE DILLIGENCE or research and the nightmare that follows seems to effect all of us who decided to do business with Roommate Express.November 19,2010 I noticed my credit card had been charged twice for the amount of 49.00.

Two months prior I contacted these people and told them to cancel the service and remove all my private information they have on file.Daily I checked the site to see if they have any matches.None ever surfaced.I called the 1800 number provided and left message after message and never were my calls ever returned.Luckily,the same guy on the recording picks up the phone and what follows next is a very loud verbal exchange.He called me an idiot.I tried speaking in a normal tone without attacking him verbally ,but he kept interrupting me without letting me get a word in.He says tell me something did your credit card company give you a credit answer my question Did they not issue you a credit? My card company tried contacting the company many times over a span of 3 months.They never responded.

After calling the card company over and over and hearing my side of the story they eventually ruled in my favor.This company believes that if your card holder gives you a credit Your then made whole and they did nothing.Lawyers,please if its possible,please represent us on a contingency basis,probono! I dont care if I only recover 88cents that would be ok with me providing these horrible people are shutt Down in all the states they are operating in.ATTORNEY GENERALS ALL STATES HELP US! Lastly ,my fellow soldiers men and women in uniform dont waste your hard earned money with roommate express.To all the people that have been harmed ,my prayers are with you.And to Roommate express if your not the Crooks that we all alledge provide all your records to a competent legal authority and demonstrate proof that you did all the foot work possible to help people find a roommate.If not ,perhaps the sound and closing of prison doors may soon be coming!
