Purchased a mattress and springs set from Rooms to Go that had a 10 year warranty, Mattress is sagging badly and Rooms to go are refusing to refund or replace mattress. Stating mattress company is out of business and that the could not honor warranty. I informed Rooms to Go Manager that I bought it through Rooms To Go, Bought it because of the advertized warranty by Rooms To Go. My agument went Without Success Feel as if I have been ripped off of $1200+ dollars. I also Financed this set through Rooms to Go. I have purchased many items from Rooms to Go in the past, But for me there will never be anymore purchases and I would Advise all future purchasers to be aware be real aware. Seems as if management has changed for the worse..

We are sorry to hear about your mattress. Rooms To Go provides a one year warranty against all new purchases. The remaining warranty, such as those that are provided with mattresses, are honored by the manufacturer of the bedding. Unfortunately some bedding manufacturers have gone out of business, so we are not able to honor their commitment with the extended warranty. This is unfortunate for all parties involved, and we can only apologize that you were affected by this.
