Rooms To Go Poor quality sofa sets, no refunds from this company. McAllen, Texas

After looking at many sofa sets and having sold my old set, I purchased a nice sofa set with 2 recliners for over $1400 from RTG.  The sofa had huge bumps at each section and could not be used as a temporary bed for stay overs for visitors.  I exchanged it.   The next sofa set had cushions that slipped out!!!   I asked for a refund but no-go.  I then had to select an ugly brown set that I thought I could live with for a while.  It is quite slippery and the seating area very narrow.  This last sofa set (my third) is not worth $1400 which I had agreed to pay for the set with the 2 recliners.  I filed a better business bureau over the amount but the company has refused to lower the amount of the current set.  I absolutely do not like this sofa set but from the many they had, I could not find one that was not of poor quality.  I informed company I would be willing to keep (and maybe sell later and purchase another from another store) but the amount should be more reasonable, so far no respond to complaint.

I never did check this company's record with BBB, but I should have because they have about 2,000.  I do not recomend any piece of furniture from this store.
