Now as for your issue with the armoire. Most problems with doors not shutting properly or other alignment issues generally stem from not being on level surface. When I say level, the smallest surface variance can cause a bind because the opening is being forced out of square. An easy fix, (though most people still want to blame in on poor quality) is put a shim under one or more feet of the piece that's giving you the problem. Much of Rooms To Go furniture is manufactured in the same factories as other well known name brands and rooms To Go actually owns many plants that manufacture furniture for other retailers so unless you can afford to pay an arm and a leg for a sofa, your getting the same quality anywhere you go. That's just what happens when consumers want goods at a low cost and delivered today.
Also, don't forget, the warehouse Rooms To Go currently ships to Houston from is in Dallas. You may say "that's not my concern" however, it became your concern when you chose to do business with them. Believe me, they want to help you but until they open a wareouse in Houston, it may take a little patience on your part. You signed a bill of sale that not only holds Rooms To Go responsible, it also holds YOU responsible to a certain degree even though to have every right NOT to do business with them again.
