ON APRIL 29 2008 I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND NEEDED A BED . I WANTED HARD WOOD LIKE OAK CHERRY MOHGANYI WANTED THE DRESSER TO BE WELL BUILT.TOLD BILL AUSTIN THE SALESMAN WHAT I WANTED...I COULDNT BEND DOWN OR MOVE VERY WELL I WAS HORRIBLE PAIN.I REPEATEDLY ASK THE STORE STAFF IS THIS MOHGANY WOOD NOT STAIN BUT THE WOOD.....OH YES. OH YES. OH YES..... THEY ALL SAID YES...I BOUGHT THE BED 2 DRESSERS AND 2 NIGHT STANDS. THEY BROUGHT IT OUT THE NEXT DAY AND PUT IT TOGETHER I ASKED THE MEN IS THIS MOHGANY ... YES.....IS THAT WHAT YOU BOUGHT YES.....OK WELL I AM STILL HEALING AND WOUND UP BACK IN THE HOSPITAL.NEVER SLEPT IN THE BED. 30 DAYS GO BY I SIT ON THE SIDE OF THE AND THE WOOD FRAME BREAKS.....I CALL THE STORE THEY SAID OH IT WILL TAKE A WEEK TO REPLACE THE FRAME.THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND BROUGHT THE WRONG RAILS.... THEN THEY CAME BACK AND BROUGHT THE RIGHT ONES.... I CALLED THE STORE AND TOLD THEM THIS IS NOT WHAT I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THIS SET IS CHEAP WEAK PINE WOOD PAINTED MOHGANY..... THE STORE HAS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT TAKING THIS SET BACK IM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND TO DAMN BAD FOR ME....FOR A WEEK THEY SAID CALL THIS ONE OR THAT ONE PASSING THE BUCK OFF....I DIDNT GET THE SALE THEY OFFERED ON TV. NOR THE GIFT CARD THEY OFFERED.IM OUT 4000.00 FOR A JUNK BEDROOM SET AND CANT GET MY MONEY OR WILL THEY REPLACE THIS SET.THEY LIE AND SELL CHEAP JUNK.... AND PASS IT OFF AS BETTER WOOD....THE BED STILL SHAKES AND I WORRY ITS GOING TO BREAK AGAIN....I SLEEP ON THE COUCH I TOLD THEM I WILL CALL THE NEWS AND BBB" SO WHAT YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK SO TO BAD".THAT WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE.
