Roseville Garage Joe Whitt Jr. Scam Vehicle Repair Garage Roseville, Ohio

On December 5th, there was a grinding in the front end of my fiancs truck.  I took the vehicle to Joe Whitt Jr. at Roseville Garage. He looked at it, rode in it, and stated it was the brake pads. He asked me to bring it down to him for new brake pads on the evening of Friday, December 7th, 2012. On the morning of December 7th, the brakes locked up on said truck. The vehicle was towed to 245 West Athens, in Roseville, Ohio, (Roseville Garage) so that Joe Whitt Jr. could examine the problem and do the repairs.

He stated the truck would need a new axle, grease fitting, and bearing.  An estimate was given that day. On December 8th I delivered the requested amount, in cash, to Joe Whitt Jr.  No receipt was given to me. He stated that the repairs would be completed by Sunday, December 9th.

December 13th passed; my attempts to determine what was going on were futile.  He informed me that there were more issues.  He stated he would create a new estimate; I have never received that. A week later we spoke, and he stated that he had all of the parts, and that the repairs would be completed by 1:30pm on December 21st, 2012.  He then stated that he needed a couple more hours.

I never heard back from him, and the truck remained unrepaired.   After repeated unanswered phone calls, my fianc spoke to Joe Whitt Jr. by locating him in person on December 30th, and was told that there were more issues.  The next day, I went to the garage and spoke to Joe Whitt Sr., who discussed the issue.  

He told me that he personally would be taking over the situation with my truck and I was to call him on January 2nd, 2013. I have yet to be able to contact him. Since then I have paid yet another tow-company to pick up my truck and have it moved to another mechanic to be repaired. 

The parts taken off of my truck have yet to be returned therefor the warranties on all of those parts are void.  In addition, the funds paid for the repairs have not been returned.
