Roshon Wardelle a friend recomended him to me as an attorney for my business. He asked for a retainer of $500.00 dollars. I gave him a check nfor five hundred dollars.He said that he was going to my bank to get me a business loan. He forged my name and cashed the void check. Inglewood California

I recently met Sean Waddell AKA Roshon E. Wardelle, R. Sean Waddell, Reed S. Waddell through 2 mutual friends.  He did a quick legal job for me and I hired him on a lawsuit as my friends thought he was a legitimate attorney.  He has now run off with $10k dollars of mine!! He also has a ring of friends who assist him--Vicki Worth Winger posed as a lawyer who was assisting on my case.  The email address from which she sent emails no longer work, she demanded funds from Sean on my case because she demanded out of the agreement and I reimbursed her for her 'work'.  Vicki's phone number no longer works and the address for her law firm 14000 Deerfield Ave Tustin, isn't even in existence.  Also, Sean has a Chase account people put money into with an administrators name Carmen Payan.  She is apart of this scam as well.  He actually never filed my case in the Supreme Court, I paid for ADR services and they have no record of him.  He scammed 2 others I know of recently as well.  He just created R World Entertainment with the Secretary of State of CA...Don't give him any money he is a fraud but probably running under a different name already.  He changes his cell phone number often.  His fake legal office address is in Valencia but then moved to downtown LA.

so since I have members of my family that are actual lawyers and some that even work for the state bar in california as well as new york I can tell you with absolute certainty that there is NO roshon wardelle that has EVER taken the bar let alone passed it, therefore; there is NO WAY possible that he can be a real lawyer or attorney whatever you chose to call it. this person is clearly someone POSING as an attorney. if you do not believe me I welcome you to call the bar of any state and check for yourself. Roshon is a thief and liar and not an attorney and there are laws against representing yourself as such. have a good time in jail where I am sure he is headed.

I don't know if this is right or the same person, but this is NOT a common name. I went to Law School with a person with the same name; we graduated together. Not sure why these "unnamed" sources are stating these opinionsabout the person I know, but I have worked with this person as have many other legal entities and for certain he is legitimate. The person that I went to la school with has been practicing for as long as I have and to our knowledge has no legal sanctions against him. Interesting, again, because this is not a common name although the information listed by this 'unnamed source", as his background is not the same as his. This was brought to our attention as we have been trying to locate him for a function we are having and came across this very interesting information. Roshon Wardelle is a con artist all you have to do is call the state bar at 213-765-1200 and they will tell you that he has never practiced law. he has never attended law school, he worked for a time as an office go for in a law office and seems to be a bit dillusional himself of his abilities as a person with some sort of lawyer jargon. they are quite familiar with his nonsense at the state bar, it seems to be a running joke there. they also laugh about him at the appleaday headquarters, for the scam he pulled on bernie howroyd. the call is free it wont cost a dime to make it and you can save yourself a big headache.

anyone with half a brain can google this two bit loser and see that he has never worked in any firm as an attorney. any REAL attorney I have ever used I have been able to find substantial information about them online, there is nothing about this predator. I worked with him and I knew he was a two bit loser my next step is to report him to the DA which is what the people at the state bar asked me to do. Good riddance roshon, you will be a lonely loser by yourself and homeless opening the door for me at 7-eleven.

I happen to have first hand knowledge if this situation and it was brought to my attention that Margaret had posted something on this site from a friend, who will remain nameless, when I read her comments, I almost laughed OUT LOUD! The truth of the matter is Maraget Lewis, this very OLD, lonely woman met Roshon and instantly feel in love with him. When he refused her advances, rather harshly, she flipped. She had many conversations with me about how she wanted to marry Roshon and give him gifts, and he didn't want to have anything to dowith her in that way. I, knowing Mr. Wardelle, would not be surprised if he does'nt sue her for defamation, which would satisfy her, because she just wants interaction and or attention from him. He may not care since his legal reputation as an attorney has not been damamged in over 15 years.....I just had to comment knowing exactly what happened here......
