This report is FALSE. This Report was Posted by Robert J Carpenter. There are NO lawsuits. There are NO lawsuits about to be filed. There are NO convictions. NO COAST TO COAST EXPOSES. This report is FALSE. PLEASE Mr. Sweet, aka Robert Carpenter, aka, Robert Dryer, provide PROOF of any of what You have stated, just more Hypotheticals because Mr Splitt will not be your friend, anymore. TOOO BAD. You will no longer be able to make money off of him!
Mr Carpenter- once an actor in California, currently struggling with the disease of Alcoholism. This is FIRST HAND because Mr Splitt and Mr. Carpenter were friends for 30 years as I understand. Mr. Carpenter is last known to reside in Morrison Colorado, after being re-located from California to Morrison Colorado ...with the help of Mr Spitt to aide in his Alcohol recovery.
It is well known that Mr Splitt grew tired of taking his Drunken Friend (Robert Carpenter) to trips to various hospitals and treatment facilities, trying to help his friend. As with many alcoholics Mr Carpenter could not seem to stay in treatment and care for his disease , relapse after relapse he tried. Finally Mr Splitt had to give up on the idea he could help his friend and admit he was only enabling him, realizing he was only aided him by supporting him somewhat financially.
Mr Splitt CUT OFF Mr. Carpenter...AKA Bobby Sweet, AKA Robert Dryer from the Money tree that helped support him for so many years.
The straw that "broke the camels back" so to speak... was In January of 2011 (NOTE THE DATE) Mr Splitt became aware that Mr Carpenter aka Bobby Sweet, aka Robert Dryer had forged a check...If NEED BE we can produce a copy of the aforementioned check and affidavit of forgery from CHASE BANK showing the ENTIRELY ILLEGAL activity Mr Carpenter engaged in by forging this check. The company did do the legal steps (recommended by the Jefferson County Police department) in obtaining the necessary documents to substantiate and File Criminal Charges.
Mr Splitt being the individual and friend he was, as many would do after knowing someone for 30 years decided NOT to press charges as it would only aide to the misery of Robert Carpenter, whom is in a constant battle with his alcoholism as he would no longer be able to get a teaching position and it would make it extremely hard to get his already hindered life up life back on track..
Further more, Mr Splitt maintains copies of emails sent by Mr Carpenter aka Bobby Sweet, aka Robert Dryer trying to extort money from Mr Splitt...also observed and dully noted by the Jefferson County Police Department.
Instead Mr Splitt decided to severe ALL TIES with Mr Carpenter, AKA Robert Dryer, AKA Bobby Sweet Hoping that Mr Carpenter would get well. But sadly as the case with so many alcoholics that create a long list of wrong doings, burning bridge after bridge, their friends, their wives, there kids etc etc... addicts are suppose to make AMENDS to those they wronged (a part of their 12 step program)- Mr Carpenter does not practice this step in his recovery program hindering his success from getting well.
Despite Mr Carpenters efforts to Ruin Mr Splitts life as he professed to do...We wish Bobby to get well. Unfortunately it is probably too late. He choose to Blame others for his life, instead of taking a look at himself. Mr Carpenter Made 10's of thousands of dollars (Documented) off of various investments in Mr Splitt's Ventures. Now he is Cut -off.
Mr Splitt maintains all proof of the above allegations and statements in his possession as well as a safety deposit box. This will automatically trigger a series of events including but not limited to: the actual publishing of such proof and filing of charges as recommended by local law enforcement, as well as personal counsel for the defense of Mr Splitt for defamation, liable and slander and other such deviant activity he is / was involved in.
This was merely a rebuttal triggered by the post of the alias Bobby Sweet. AKA Robert Dryer, Aka Robert J Carpenter, Aka Bob Carpenter, and so on.
