Roto-Rooter is a rip off "plumber" - do not use them Crystal Lake Illinois

We had Roto-Rooter come out to "solve" our plumbing problem...our toliet would overflow when the washing machine, dish washer, etc were run. Not only did they not come out the day they were supposed to they did not route out the lines completely. He told me they got as far as he could (25 feet not the 100 they promised) and then told me if they wanted to do anything else I'd have to pay another $200 for a camera. What a joke. And when I tried to file a complaint with them it was impossible!
Customer Service...they have NONE!!!! Whatever you do do not call Roto-Rooter!!!!!!

They are more expensive then local plumbers and won't get the job done. I thought that by calling a large company things would get done right......huge mistake!!!
DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO DONATE MONEY TO THEM BEFORE CALLING A REAL PLUMBER!
