Roughness Graphics Took my money and did not complete the website application as agreed within contract. San Antonio Texas

 On July 5, 2012, I entered into contact with Roughneck Graphics to design and develop a website application. Per contact, the development process should have required five stages, which were to take place over an estimated twelve month period. Unfortunately, more than three years later, the project is still in Stage Three (Development Stage) and the website application should of launched in July 2013. Since then Roughneck Graphics still have not completed the website and have used deception to reassure me it would be completed. In addition, they tried asking for more money to complete the website. Why am I going to pay them again to complete the same work. I already paid them as agreed within the contract.
