She repeatedly told him she didn't want it, didn't conduct buisness over the phone, and repeated she didn't want it.
somehow he has her credit card number and is threatening to charge $2,185.
A few days later a contract arrived saying she did purchase the contract, clearly marked "telephone sales" on 2/25/13.
This is so unethical, scamming, and immoral conduct.
Mean, nasty boy, Don Wiggins needs to held accountable and be fired.
Next complaint after this is Elder Abuse complaint with Michigan, Calif, Florida, and Maryland.
