I placed 2 orders about 4 months ago and are more than irritated to say the least. One of the orders was order #16935 and the other was order#17122.  On order #16935 you guys sent me a picture and I told you the color wasn't right and you told me that you couldn't fix the color because it ruins the quality of the wig. All I wanted was some streaks of a brown color added to make it darker but AGAIN you guys said you couldn't fix it and my only option was to get my money back which at that point I said ok and go ahead and please refund my money then since you told me that you guys don't know how and are not capable of fulfilling the order. At this point I have not received my refund and have had to beg for anybody to get back to me.

On order number 17122 which is my other order I had the same issue. It's been about 4 months ago now since I have ordered it and same thing you guys sent me a picture and I told you the color wasn't right and you guys said you were sorry because the color you agreed was lighter then what it was supposed to be etc and here we are again with no money returned to me and no units have ever have been shipped to me. Now keep in mind, when I have ordered I have used the pictures on your website of your units and it's not my fault you don't have any consistency with the colors of your units and it isn't fair to me to be treated this way. What makes this worst is I placed orders for custom units just so I can get the length I like on units you sell everyday as stock so you would think the color should be easy for you since I am not really giving you some custom color order I only gave you a custom order over length THESE ARE YOUR UNITS YOU COLOR EVERYDAY!!!! At this point I am beyond mad and if you don't make this right then I am done emailing you all.

What I ordered was a unit for my mom for her birthday which was order#16935 that was for her and her birthday was on christmas day and because of your company my mom never got a birthday gift and you have kept the money for it as well so you should be ashamed. Also the other unit which was 17122 was for me and I ordered that because I was going somewhere special for my birthday which was in March and as you can see that has passed. Not only did I not have hair that I counted on you for but you kept my money. You may not care...well obviously you don't but besides the money this is what you did this is how you effected me and there  is nothing more frustrating then being let down in spots like these and what makes it worst with you guys it has been months of getting jerked around so the frustration runs deep. I have waited so long on things that were so important to me just to be let down in the biggest way and why I am even coming to you and have had to come to you as much as I have just to get a response.

This was my complaint I sent about a month ago and to give you a update to this story you guys just sent this order 17122 and finally you guys after my calling and writing everyday refunded order 16935.   Even though that was refunded ...eventually I still felt that something more should have been done because there was 2 orders and 2 of us that had been waiting and treated this way and even though order 16935 was refunded it should have been and refunding me isn't doing me a favor or making me feel any better as the customer for you guys making me wait for months and forcing you guys to refund money that should have been because #16935 was never sent to me in the first place and I was told after waiting 4 months that you cant do the wig anymore. So again you guys didnt do anything for me on that order # 16935 after hurting me as your loyal customer and that wasnt good.  I paid by waiting 4 months on units that never came, birthday gifts ruined, so much time wasted in this by writing every night, getting the run around, and being out of hair so long I was desperate

BUYER'S BEWARE, if the price of a lace, human hair wig seems to good to be true, believe me it is! I purchased a wig from Rpgshow and it was a NIGHTMARE. First, The website says it only takes about 30 days to process a custom wig; however, I ordered 2 wigs about 6 months ago and I just received 1 of the 2 units messed up green and ash color with wrong lace and it is used!!!! The other still hasn't arrived. On top of that, I inquired about my wig to customer service and they would not give any explanation as to the delay, they even signed off of the IM (they provide through their website you can use to contact them) clearly avoiding me and refused to give me a time frame on when I could expect it to be finished; they literally said, "when it's done, we will send it."

Umm...considering I spent a few hundred dollars each on these wigs, I think I deserve a little more information on what its going on with my wigs. 2nd) When the wig came it was way too big. Ive worn wigs my whole life, and I certainly know how to measure for one, but Rpgshow insisted it was not their fault the wig did not fit. The nape of the neck came nearly half way down my neck! I have never had a wig fit that off before, EVER. 3) The hair color was weird, shades of green and ash . When I took the wig out of the box, i gasped because I thought they sent me a green wig! 4) ..And lastly, the card they send with your wig says to contact them if you are unhappy with your purchase so I emailed them and Elaine, only to receive excuses for the delay..that it was my fault the wig did not fit correctly ,

I did not ask for a refund, I merely asked to exchange for a proper wig and they refused . I have ordered a wig from rpgshow previously, from this purchase and the last I spent over 5800 dollars with them, and this is how they do me?? From reviews Ive read in the past I am too scared to send the wig back for resizing, only for them to say they never received it (it'll "disappear" somehwere in China!) Watch out, once they have your money you are stuck with whatever crap they send you. The only thing I like they sent me was a complimentary hairbrush. I spent nearly $400 dollars and am walking away with a hairbrush, awesome.
